• The downloaded Application Form must be completed in all respect by the applicant in their handwriting and must reach to the CSKHPKV, Palampur (in person or by post)  with application fee in the form of a demand draft and one set of self-attested copies of all the relevant documents/certificates.

The rules and regulations for admission of Foreign National applicant at the Palampur University are as below:

• The Foreign National/NRI candidates will have to apply for admission for the programme of their choice on the prescribed registration form entitled “Application Form for Admission of NRI/Children of NRI/ Ward of NRI/OCI/Foreign National Candidate” to be downloaded from the University Website.
• The candidates has to send their application/registration form complete in all respects along with a set of self-attested copies of the necessary documents and an application fee (non- refundable) of US $ 500 (US$ 520 in case of the outstation draft) in the form of a demand draft {drawn in favour of Comptroller, CSKHPKV, Palampur (H.P.), India payable at any scheduled commercial bank at Palampur} to the Registrar, CSKHPKV, Palampur (H.P.), India on or before the last date of receipt of application.
• The registration fee may also be deposited online in the Comptroller’s Account FCRA A/C No. 34854349548 and the transaction number thereof must be mentioned on the application form.

• The male applicants are also eligible for admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science.
• The applicants from the Arts stream admitted to B.Sc. (Hons.) Community Science shall have to study the remedial courses of +2 level Science.
•  In the case of Biology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture, a subject with a higher percentage of marks will be taken into consideration for determining the merit of candidates.

The marks of all the aspirant appearing in the Entrance Test and the list of candidates to be called for counselling will be declared by the University and will be displayed on the Notice Board of Administrative Block of the University and also placed on the University Website in about 20 days after the conduct of entrance examination.

• The counselling will be held as per the schedule is given in Important Information.
• Counselling will commence after agriculture university Palampur entrance test result declaration.
• No separate letter will be issued for counselling.
• The candidates who qualify for the counselling for B.V.Sc. & A.H. and/ or B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture or Master’s programme shall have to submit ‘Counselling Proforma’ duly completed along with one set of self-attested copies of all the relevant documents.
• The candidates must have to produce their Admit Card along-with all original certificates/testimonials and other documents relating to admission as per Counselling Proforma to the Counseling Committee on the date of counselling failing which their candidature will not be entertained.

CSK Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya, Palampur

Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (renamed as  Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya in June 2001) was established on 1st November 1978. The College of Agriculture (established in May 1966) formed the nucleus of the new farm University. It is ICAR accredited and ISO 9001:2015 certified institution. The University has been given the mandate for making provision for imparting education in agriculture and other allied branches of learning, furthering the advancement of learning and prosecution of research and undertaking extension of such sciences, especially to the rural people of Himachal Pradesh.
