Candidates can download their DU B.ed 2020 Admit Card by entering their Application ID and Password on the official website tentatively from July 2020. No candidate without B.ed hall ticket is allowed to appear for the entrance test. An admit card contains Roll Number, Exam Center, Exam Timing and Reporting Time etc.

DU B.Ed 2020 Result

Delhi University Bachelor of Education 2020 result will be released on the official website of the university. Candidates are requested to download their scorecard at it will be helpful at the time of counselling and admission.

  • DU B.Ed merit list for qualified candidates will be displayed on the official list where the rank secured by the candidates will be displayed.
  • The qualifying marks for general category is expected to be 20 out of 100 marks while it is 18 marks for reserved categories.
  • Delhi University will release a separate merit list for each category and subject category.
  • If two or more candidates having equal marks, then older candidate will be preferred for the counselling.

DU B.Ed 2020 Counselling

DU B.Ed 2020 Counselling will commence after the result declaration. General merit list prepared will display candidates of all categories in the order of merit. All the qualified candidates will be mentioned in the merit list. It will also include SC/ ST/ OBC candidates if they come in the general merit. The list of candidates selected will be prepared in order of merit, based on their performance in the Entrance exam and their preference of institute during Counselling. The shortlisted candidates for counselling have to appear on a particular date and time.

DU B.Ed 2020 Application Form will be released through online mode on the official website of Delhi University. Candidates can fill the form from both sources i.e. Online or Offline. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria first and then fill the application form.

Steps to fill the application form through online mode:
  • Visit the official website of the University.
  • Download B.Ed prospectus
  • Click on the "' apply online" link
  • Fill all the required details in the application form
  • Upload the required photographs in the registration form.
  • At last, the candidate has to pay the registration fee as per their category.

Candidates must verify all the entered details in the application form and then click on the submit button. As University will not provide any facility of making changes in the form once the payment has been made. After the payment is made, take a printout of the registration form as qualified candidates have to bring it in counselling at the time of admission.

DU B.Ed 2020 Eligibility Criteria

DU B.Ed 2020 Eligibility Criteria are given below for all sort of applicants and all the applicants must go through it to know about their eligibility:

  • The minimum eligibility requirements are candidates must possess a Graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for the SC/ST candidates).
  • OBC/PwD candidates will be allowed a concession of 5% marks in the minimum eligibility requirements of the bachelor programmes.
  • If candidates want to choose teaching subject then they have to choose one subject within the subject category then they must qualify the bachelor degree and master degree for at least 200 marks and obtained 50% marks in this subject.
  • There are no seats offered in the B.Ed course based on sports/Co-Curricular activities.
