SUAT 2021 is a University Level entrance exam conducted annually by Sharda University to offer candidates admission into various undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Admission is offered in many fields of science, law, medical, engineering and many more. SUAT applies to B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Tech+MBA integrated, B.Tech+M.Tech integrated, BBA, B.Com, BBA+MBA integrated, MBA, Journalism & Mass Communication & Design, Integrated Law, BA (Hons) & B.Sc in all disciplines. If the candidate is a rank holder in a National/State Level Test such as JEE Main/ CLAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ UPSEE/ NATA  he/she will be exempted from SUAT. SUAT 2021 Application Form

SUAT 2021 Application Form will available on the official website. The candidates can get the complete details about SUAT application form 2021 given below:
  • The application form can be filled through both offline and online mode.
  • The candidates need to book their slots to get their exam date and the venue of their choice.
  • For offline mode, students will get the application through the admission office/regional office of the University.
  • For online mode, the application process consists of following steps: Registration, Application Fee Payment, uploading of scanned images (signature and photograph) & documents and submission of the application form.
  • After successful completion of the online process, an auto-generated mail will be sent to the candidates' registered email ID which will contain identification number & other details for the further admission process.

Application Fee 

  • The candidates need to pay Rs.1200/- as Application Fee
Mode of Payment -
  • Fee can be paid through online mode via Debit card/Credit card or Net Banking.
  • The candidates willing to pay through offline mode can deposit the fee at:
 Through cash at Sharda University Fee counter/Regional Offices
OR
Through Demand Draft (DD) with the filled application form attached and drawn in the name of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida at the below address:

SUAT 2021 Application Procedure

The candidates can refer the step by step guide for SUAT procedure:

  • STEP 1 - Once the candidate has filled the Online registration/ enquiry form, he/she will receive a mail from Sharda University containing booking link, user-id/system-id & password.
  • STEP 2 - By using the above credentials, the candidate will log in and book their exam slot of his/her choice by selecting the following: Exam State, Exam City, Exam Centre Test Date, Time Slot
  • STEP 3 - Candidate reports at the centre on his selected date & time with a copy of the hall ticket (passport size photo affixed) and any Govt. issued photo-ID card.
  • STEP 4 - Centre verifies the candidates based on hall ticket, photo ID card & Attendance Roster for that centre. Centre takes the candidate’s signature on Attendance roster and helps the candidates to login & start his/her exam.
  • STEP 5 - Candidate takes up his/her exam at the centre.
  • STEP 6 - The result will be sent to Sharda University after the examination cycle gets completed.
  • STEP 7 - Successful candidates will be called for Personal Interview (and Group Discussion - in case of MBA candidates) to Sharda University campus/ regional offices.
  • STEP 8 - Appear for PI (GD in case of MBA) at SU campus/ regional offices.

SUAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates need to check the SUAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria properly and ensure their eligibility before they apply for the exam. 
For B.Tech Course:
  • Qualification Requirement:  The candidates must have passed their 12th class from a recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Marks Required: The candidates need to have 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
  • Compulsory Subjects: The candidates need to have Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry and should have cleared these subjects.
For M.Tech Course:
  • Qualification Requirement:  The candidates should have done their BE/ B.Tech /M.Sc degree from a recognized board.
  • Minimum marks Requirement: The candidates need to have 60% marks in (B.E./ B.Tech degree) or 55% marks in M.Sc degree in their disciplines.
  • National Test Scores: Admission will be given to the candidates through valid scores of GATE/UPSEE.
For Other UG Courses:
  • Qualification Requirement: The candidates must have passed their 12th class from a recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Marks Required: The students must have cleared 10th and 12th class with a score of 60% in /Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology/Computer Science/ Biotechnology.
  • Age Criteria: The candidate must have 17 years age as on December 31st 2020.
For Other PG Courses:
  • Qualification Requirement: The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or should have passed any equivalent exam.
  • Compulsory Subjects: Candidates applying for science courses must have a bachelor’s degree with the subjects in the related field.
  • Qualifying Marks Required: The candidates must have 50% marks in their graduation.

SUAT 2021 Preparation Tips 

Following are some SUAT 2021 Preparation Tips which will help the students to prepare for the SUAT entrance test:
  • The candidates need to make a proper time-table and strictly follow this time-table.
  • The candidates need to practice questions from as many sample papers and previous year question papers to build up their speed.
  • The candidates do not need to cram up the tricks to solve the questions as SUAT test is based on the Basic Knowledge.
  • The candidates must be regular in their revision.
  • The candidates need to make a proper note of what all topics they have prepared and what all topics they need to cover for the exam.
  • The candidates must have a balanced diet and adequate rest.
  • The candidates can do yoga or meditation to manage their stress.

SUAT 2021 Admit Card

SUAT 2021 Admit Card will be made available online. The candidates can find the important information related to SUAT Hall Ticket 2021 below:
  • The candidates can get the admit card on the official website only.
  •  The candidates compulsorily need to take the admit card with them on the exam day.
  •  The applicants must have 2 copies of the admit card, along with one valid photo ID proof.
  •  The supervisor would be keeping one copy of the admit card with them and another copy will be given back to the candidate.
  • At the exam centre, the proctor will check the Candidate's Hall ticket and will retain one copy which will be submitted to Sharda University for verification/validation during the time of Personal Interview.

SUAT 2021 Result

SUAT 2021 Result will be announced in September 2021. The candidates need to refer to this section to get important information regarding SUAT result 2021:
  • The candidates will be able to check their result through online mode only.
  • The candidates need to go to the official website to check their result.
  • Only, the applicants who have qualified the exam would be able to see their result and hence will be eligible further for the counselling round.
  • The candidates who will not attend the counselling session will not be eligible to attend the counselling session and hence get the admission into the university.

SUAT 2021 Counselling

The counselling will take place in September 2021. The candidates can get all the important information related to SUAT 2021 Counselling in this section below:
  • The University will be conducting the counselling process after the declaration of the result.
  • The candidates who have qualified by scoring the cut off marks will be required to attend the counselling round.
  • The GD and PI rounds will be conducted for admission in the MBA programme and the MBA aspirants will need to qualify GD and PI round to get admission into the MBA programme.
The candidates will also have to bring the following mentioned documents for the document verification process:
  1. Admit Card issued by Sharda University
  2. Application form
  3. 10th & 12th class mark sheet
  4. 10th & 12th class passing certificate
  5. Graduation certificates (for PG courses)
  6. SUAT scorecard or any other entrance test scorecard
  7. ID proof (Aadhar Card/Pan Card/ School Certificate)
  8. Registration payment receipt
  9. Three passport size photographs.
  • The candidates who will not be having these documents will not be allowed to attend the counselling process.
