Overall Good Experience
Admission Experience:
Though I was admitted to the DIT University through the Counselling procedure based on the JEE Mains Ranks. But also, there are several options apart from JEE Main Rank based counselling viz, Percentage secured in the 12th Board Exams, direct admissions to the board toppers. Also, the candidates can get admission through spot round counselling for the leftover seats.
Placement Experience:
Placement Cell needs to be improved. There are several issues with placement cell which is needed to be revoked with immediate effect. Placement cell should focus on other branches despite of CS & IT.
Conclusion:
Academics: 5/5 Well structured Courses for every Branch. The syllabus is framed as per the IIT-Roorkee curriculum. Faculty: 4/5 When it comes to Faculties, they are very helpful. Some of the faculties are exceptional. Infrastructure: 5/5 Only thing I can boast at my college is its infrastructure. Facilities: 5/5 Facilities provided by the college are exceptional. Extra_Curricular Activities: 2/3 Overall: I would like to give 4/5 on my bitter/sweet college life experiences. Though I am not criticising, but the truth needs to be on floor.
