Candidates are advised to read eligibility criteria properly. The application form going to be available in August 2023. The application form will be available on the official website. Candidates are required to register first before filling the Application form. When uploading documents or photographs, candidates need to upload in a specified size & format.

How to fill online Application Form for DMR PGP CET 2023?

Below are some steps involved in the filling of the PGP Common Entrance Test 2023 Application form:

• The applicant has to do the registration first by providing a valid email id.
• Password entered by the candidate should be kept safe for further use.
• Password would be required for login on the official website.
• After successful registration, the application form will appear on the screen.
• An application form will require basic details to be filled in.
• Applicants must fill in all the details like name, gender, date of birth, qualification, personal details, etc.
• Candidates have to fill the application form very carefully, as wrong information will not be accepted.
• After filling the application form, the candidate has to click on the submit button.
• Applicants will be asked to upload the required documents like signatures and photographs.
• All the documents should be uploaded in the prescribed size & format.

• The applicant has to pay a sum of Rs.2000/- as an application fee.

DMER PGP CET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Below are some eligibility criteria for the DMER PGP Common entrance test 2023 exam, the candidate must check before applying for the exam:

• The candidate must be a citizen of India.
• Applicant must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
• The candidate must be medically fit.
• A candidate who has passed final B.P.Th./ B.O.Th. exam (recognized as per Maharashtra State Council for Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Act 2002): Final BASLP/BPO examination (recognized As per The Rehabilitation Council of India Act 1992); from a college/institution situated in the State of Maharashtra is eligible to appear for this examination.
• A candidate who is undergoing a rotating internship and is likely to complete it will have to submit the documentary proof from the Principal / Dean of the college regarding the date of completion of the internship at the time of the Preference form filling process.
• Applicants belonging to Backward Class must have claimed so in his application form, failing which such a claim will not be entertained subsequently, the Candidate belonging to Backward Class Category should submit the certified copies of Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate, and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (wherever applicable) at the time of Preference form filling process.
• The candidate who is admitted for the graduate course based on a Court order for Caste claim is required to submit a Caste Validity Certificate given by the Caste Scrutiny Committee or fresh court order, failing which the claim will not be granted, and the candidate will be considered as an Open category candidate.

DMER PGP CET 2023 Admit Card

The candidates will have to visit the website of the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Maharashtra Govt. to download the DMER PGP CET 2023, Admit Card:

• Intimation for downloading the admit card will also be sent through email/SMS.
• The candidates will be able to download the Hall Ticket by entering their Registration Number and  Password/Date of Birth.
• After downloading the Admission Ticket, must affix the recent passport size on it.
• Candidate has to go to the Examination Centre with a downloaded Admit Card and any original Photo ID proof as given in the admit card (Aadhar Card/ Driving license/ PAN Card/ Passport).

DMER PGP CET 2023 Result

The Competent Authority shall conduct the PGP CET Entrance Examination, evaluate the answer-sheets, and prepare the Provisional results/Mark.

• The authority will publish the provisional result/marks scored by candidates on its website.
• The candidates will be able to download a copy of the provisional result/scorecard by login into the website.
• The final merit list will be displayed after the documentation and verification process will be done.

DMER PGP CET 2023 Tie-Breaker

In case two or more candidates obtain equal marks in the DMER exam, the merit of such candidates will be determined based on the following parameters:

• The candidate with higher aggregate marks at First, Second, Third, and Fourth-year Examinations of B.P.Th / B.O.Th. taken together & at First, Second, and Third-year Examinations of B.A.S.L.P/ BPO taken together shall be preferred.
• The candidate with more marks at fourth-year B.P.Th / B.O.Th or third-year B.A.S.L.P / BPO examination will be given priority.
• The candidate with more marks in the third year of B.P.Th / B.O.Th or second-year B.A.S.L.P/ BPO exam will be preferred.
• If the ties persist, then an older candidate will be preferred over a younger one.

DMER PGP CET 2023 Counselling

The DMER PGP CET 2023 Counselling will be done for those candidates who qualify for the entrance exam. The counseling will be done online in which all the certificates will be verified. Once the documents are uploaded, they will be verified, and if found correct and complete in all sense, the candidates will be informed via SMS and e-mail. The applicants will have to upload the below-listed documents on the official website of the authority:

1. Online downloaded Application form.
2. Copy of downloaded Admit Card.
3. Registration Certificate from the respective council if available.
4. Any Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Driving license, PAN Card, Passport)
5. Copy of downloaded PGP CET 2023 result
6. Nationality Certificate / Valid Passport /School leaving Certificate of 12th Std. indicating the nationality of the candidate as "INDIAN."
7. Age Certificate
8. SSC Passing Certificate / Valid Passport
9. Marksheets of all years of Bachelor’s course
10. Attempt certificate of all examinations in the Bachelor’s course from the head of the institution.
11. Internship Completion Certificate
12. B.P.Th / B.O.Th / BASLP / BPO Passing Certificate / Degree Certificate
13. Medical Fitness Certificate from a registered medical practitioner

1. Caste Certificate
2. Caste Validity Certificate.
3. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for (VJ) DT -A, NT-B, NT-C, NT-D, OBC, SBC, and SEBC Candidates).
4. EWS candidates should produce an eligibility certificate
5. Persons with disability (PWD) Candidates - Medical Disability Certificate from the certificate-issuing authority.
6. Orphan Certificate from the appropriate authority.
