GVSAT 2021 Application form will be released in March 2021. It will be organized by Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur. The test is organized annually to offer multiple Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in the University. This exam is conducted at the university level. Engineering, Law, Management, Design, Education and various other streams are available for the applicants to pursue based on their interest and performance in the examination. This article will take the applicants through all the information required of GVSAT 2021.

GVSAT 2021 Application Form

GVSAT 2021 Application Form has been released online on the official website of SGVU and last to apply is in March 2021. Below mentioned guidelines must be followed by all the applicants to not make any mistakes while filling up the application form:

Step 1. Registration
  • This is a one-time procedure. During the process, candidates will get a system generated Application Number. Candidates are requested to enter their password received or created when demanded.

Step 2. Fill Application
  • All the basic information required are needed to be filled in this step. Before filling the details, read the Prospectus carefully.

  • The data provided here will be used for processing the application. Any mistake in filling this sheet or providing false/incomplete/wrong information will affect the candidate’s eligibility for admission or claim for reservation under any category.

Step 3. Fee Payment
  • At this step, the candidate has to make the payment of application fee by way of Online Payment or by way of E-Challan.

Step 4. Upload Images and Certificates
  • A recent passport size photograph of the candidate and signature of the candidate, all in jpeg format of given specifications are to be uploaded.

Step 5. Application Fee payment 

GVSAT 2021 Application Fee is Rs. 850/- and is uniform for all the students applying for the examination.
Mode of Payment:
  • The mode of payment for application fees in online mode only.
  • The fee can be paid by Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking.

GVSAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

GVSAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria is mentioned below for all the applicants which are a must-read to fall in the right category:

Minimum Qualification Criteria
School of Agriculture:
  • For Bachelor’s course should have passed 10+2 in science stream.
  • For the master’s course, passed B.Sc in agriculture.
School of Applied Science:
  • For the bachelor’s course, passed 10+2 in Science stream.
  • For master’s course, passed bachelor degree in any stream of science.
Centre of Climate Change and Water Research:
  • For bachelor’s course, passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and/ or Maths as the main subject.
  • For master’s course seeking candidate should have completed B.Sc/B.E. or B. Tech degree in relevant stream.
School of Management:
  • For BBA, passed 10+2 from a recognized board.
  • For MBA, completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised board.
School of Pharmacy:
  • For a bachelor’s degree, passed 10+2 with English, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
  • For M.Pharma, completed B.Pharma degree.
  • For M.Sc Pharmacology, completed B.Pharma/BSc Biotech/BSc Life Science/BSc Bio degree.
Gyan Vihar School of Hotel Management Catering & Technology:
  • For the bachelor’s course, passed 10+2 or equivalent qualification.
  • For the diploma course, passed 10+2 from a recognized university.
School of Technology:
  • For B. Tech: passed 10+2 in science stream with Physics and Mathematics as subjects.
  • For M.Tech, completed B.Tech or AIME degree.
  • For Diploma, passed 10+2 with 45% marks.
Learning Centre of Excellence with Google: Passed class 12th or equivalent examination.
Centre for Cloud Infrastructure & Security:
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institute.
  • For Cloud Computing & Security Powered by Amazon, Completed B.tec or AIME.
School of Health Care: Passed class 12th examination with Physics, Biology & Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
School of Humanities/SILS:
  • For the bachelor’s course, passed class 12th with 60% marks.
  • For MA, completed a Bachelor degree in Psychology. 
School of Law: Candidates must have completed class 12th with minimum of 55% marks in any stream.
School of Design: Candidates must have completed class 12th with minimum of 55% marks in any stream.
Gyan Vihar School of Education:
  • For a master’s degree, completed, completed B.ed with 55% marks.
  • For Integrated programme, check the GOI guidelines.
  • For Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management, candidates should be a graduate in physical education.
COE-Renewable and Sustainable Energy Studies: Candidates must have completed BTech (ME/EE)/AMIE (ME/EE).
CDT-SDGs (Center for Doctoral Training-Sustainable Development Goals): Candidates should possess a ME/MTech/MSc. degree.
Gyan Vihar UG College: Candidate must have passed in class 12th with minimum 60% marks.
Note: 5% of relaxation in marks is given to SC/ ST candidates.

GVSAT 2021 Admit Card

GVSAT 2021 Admit Card will be available online and all the applicants interested in appearing for the examination are requested to download the same and take a print out. The GV Scholastic Aptitude Test hall ticket will be available to download by May 2021. Below mentioned guidelines must be followed by all the candidates:

  • It is mandatory to take the admit card to the examination centre failing to which the candidate will be debarred to appear for the examination.
  • All the details must be checked immediately after the availability of the admit card as any discrepancy will not be entertained on the day of examination.
  • Any discrepancy can be rectified by contacting the official before one week of the examination and nothing will be done post that.

GVSAT 2021 Result

GVSAT 2021 Result will be declared online on the official website and nowhere else by July 2021. Applicants who have qualified the examination are requested to keep a copy of their scorecard as it will be useful in the future for their Counselling and admission procedure.

GVSAT 2021 Counselling

GVSAT 2021 Counselling will commence after the result declaration and applicants shall be duly informed about their Counselling schedule via mail. It is important to check email if the candidate has qualified the examination and also to get in touch with the university officials if the candidate has not been contacted for over a week after the result declaration.

SGVU (Suresh Gyan Vihar University) is a private autonomous university situated at Jaipur, the state capital of Rajasthan.
