It was held on 10 February 2023.NEET NBE FET 2023 is an eligibility cum entrance examination that will be conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBE). FET offers admission in the Post Doctoral Programme of 2 years all over India. This is a national-level examination which is held once a year. The exam is held by NBE and fellowship courses that are offered are also associated with NBE. Fellowship Entrance Test (FET) is a qualifying-cum-ranking examination prescribed as the single entrance examination for admission to various Fellowship (FNB) courses of the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. What is the NBE FET?
The NBE Fellowship Entrance Test (FET) is a medical specialist entrance test conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). It is an online exam that tests fundamental and speciality-specific knowledge, concepts, methods, and procedures. The FET 2023 is an essential first step for any aspiring orthopaedician, neurosurgeon, or radiologist as it is designed to assess each specialist’s ability to apply the knowledge acquired from postgraduate and speciality training.

The Application form could be filled in online mode only.
Candidates needed to provide all the asked information.
Candidates should mention the correct information in the application form if the candidate would not fill in the valid information in the application form the candidate would be disqualified from the further procedure.
Multiple applications from the same candidate would be summarily rejected.

Candidates had to pay Rs. 4250/-excluding GST and other charges for Fellowship Entrance Exam.

NEET NBE FET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must have completed their Post Graduate Medical Degree/ Provisional Pass Certificate (MS/MD/DM) by December 31, 2023.
The candidate must have a permanent registration certificate of MBBS qualification.
The candidates waiting for their qualifying exam results after 31 December2023 would not be eligible to apply for the exam.
The candidates who are already pursuing DM/ Mch or DNB/FNB courses were not eligible to apply for the FET exam.

While preparing for the NBE Fellowship Entrance Test, candidates can follow the below tips for preparation:
Plan a schedule and prepare a timetable accordingly. Try to give equal time to each subject & topic.
Focus on the topics you find difficult first. Do not try to leave difficult portions unattempted. Rather give those parts of the syllabus more time and focus.
Candidates must be having an idea about the exam pattern & syllabus during preparations.
To have a better idea about the format and pattern of the exam, try to solve the previous 4-5 years' question papers and also the sample papers.
