- The applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree of a minimum of 03 years with a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation (45% in the case of SC/ST candidates).
- Candidates should have to be completed their graduation from any college in Uttar Pradesh or their parents should be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
- Those are neither the domicile of UP nor their parents and they didn’t have they’re done their graduation from any college of Uttar Pradesh can also apply. However, only 20% of seats are available for such candidates.

About AKTU
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), is a public collegiate university in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It was established as the Uttar Pradesh Technical University on 08 May 2000. To reduce workload and to ensure proper management, the university was bifurcated into separate universities, Gautam Buddh Technical University (GBTU) and Mahamaya Technical University (MTU), with effect from 1 May 2010.
