AILET Exam Pattern 2021 marking scheme for B.A. LL.B (Hons.), LL.M, and Ph.D. entrance test is given in this article. All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is a national-level law entrance exam for providing admission in various law programs. The National Law University (NLU) conducts the AILET exam. Candidates aspiring to take admission will have to qualify for the AILET exam. AILET 2021 Exam Pattern

The AILET entrance exam will be in offline (pen and paper-based) mode. The question paper will be objective (MCQ) type. There will be negative marking in the exam. The candidates who are aspiring for Law career must appear in the All India Law Entrance Test to get admission to their desired colleges. AILET 2021 Marking Scheme

The National Law Institute, Delhi (NLU) conducted the Law Entrance Test for offering admission to various programs. Therefore, the conducting authority decides the Marking Scheme of AILET as per the rules of the Bar Council of India. AILET B.A. LL.B Exam Pattern

The NLU offers a B.A. LL.B course for its 80 seats to all eligible candidates. This is a GRaduation (UG) level course offered for a period of 5 years. The admission is given on the basis of a written entrance test. The candidates who have applied for this program must check the AILET B.A. LL.B exam pattern from the table given below:

AILET 2021 LL.M Exam Pattern

LL.M or Masters in Law is a one-year Postgraduate level course offered by NLU. So, the candidates who want to pursue the LL.M course must check the exam pattern and marking scheme of the entrance test. The details of the AILET LL.M exam pattern is given in the table below:

The admission to the Ph.D. program is very different from the UG/PG courses. The candidates who are interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in Law stream will have to appear for the AILET entrance test conducted by NLU. Those applicants who secure the qualifying marks in the AILET will be asked to submit their research proposal. Important Points of AILET 2021 Exam Pattern

The candidates must note the important points regarding the All India Law Entrance Test. AILET Exam Pattern 2021 details are given below:
  • Candidates must refer to the previous year’s question papers to check the exam pattern of AILET for UG/PG courses.
  • The exam pattern will help the candidates to score maximum marks. The admission will be given to BA LLB (80 seats) and LLM (35 seats) by NLU, Delhi. 
  • The examination will be in offline mode. However, due to the Coronavirus impact, the official authority may conduct the online (Computer Based Test).
  • There will be negative marking in the AILET exam.
  • There is no negative marking for any Unattempted questions/ Overwriting in the OMR sheet in the exam.
  • Candidates must also check the detailed Syllabus of ALIET exam before the exam preparation.
  • The exam pattern decided by the NLU is final and the candidates must follow the same instructions.
