Candidates must check the following information regarding Bihar Polytechnic 2023 Application Form:

• BCECEB will release the DCECE application form on the official website of the board.
• The candidate must fill the application form carefully as the incomplete application form will not be accepted.
• Interested applicants are advised to read the prospectus carefully before applying.
• The candidate has to submit the application fee, and the fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.
• Authority will also provide the correction facility for a limited period to make changes in the application form.
• The candidates will have to submit the form online as it will not be accepted via any other mode.
• Multiple forms submitted by a candidate will lead to the rejection of all forms.
• A valid e-mail Id & mobile number should be provided by applying aspirants as all the important communication will be made on this e-mail Id and contact number.
• Candidates have to upload the scanned clear passport photograph in JPG/JPEG format as per the guidelines given in the brochure.
• If there is any issue while form filling, contact the concerned department immediately & get the query resolved.
• The application fee will not be accepted via Money Order, Cheque, Pay Order, IPO, etc. hence it has to be deposited via online modes.
• The application form must be complete in all respect. 
• Take multiple photocopies of the filled form for further process.
• The candidates are advised not to send the xerox of the online application form & fee payment receipt to the conducting body's office.

Documents required to fill Bihar DCECE application form 2023

The following documents will be required to fill the application form:

• Scanned copy of Photographs and signature, of size less than 100 KB
• Credit Card/ Debit card details to complete the payment.
• Certificate of passing/ Marksheet
• Adhaar Card no(if applicable)
• Caste Certificate

How to Apply for Bihar DCECE 2023?

Candidate can follow the given below steps to fill the Bihar DCECE 2023 Application form:

1. Registration

• Visit the official website of BCECEB - https://bceceboard.bihar.gov.in/
• Click on the link “Apply for DCECE[PE/PPE/PMD/PM]-2023”.
• Then click on "new registration." Fill in the following details to complete the registration:

1. Candidate's Name
2. Course group
3. Date of birth,
4. Residential Address,
5. Reservation category.
6. Mobile No
7. Email ID
8. Password
9. Security Question

• After filling in all the details, click on the signup button.
• Then the candidate will get an activation link on the registered mobile no or Email.
• Now click on the “Click Here to Verify/Activate” link.
• Then enter the activation code 

2. Login

• Candidates can log in using Id and Password.
• Now the candidate has to enter personal information like:

1. Father name
2. Mother name
3. Gender
4. Mark of identification
5. Do you claim Service Man Quota (SQM)? Address, etc.
6. Date of Birth
7. Address

Then click on "Save and continue."

3. Upload Documents

After filling in the above details, the candidate has to upload the documents in the prescribed format:

• Class 10th details 
• Class 12th details 

4. Application fee Payment

After uploading the documents, the candidate has to pay the application fee to submit the application form. Candidates can check the category wise Bihar DCECE Application Fees in the given below table:

• Online Mode: Via using debit card/credit card/net banking.
• Offline Mode: Via e-challan.

5. Submission 

After filling the application form, the candidate can download the Application Form (PART A & PART B). Candidates must keep one copy of the application with themselves and send another copy to the board's office.

Bihar DCECE 2023 Application form correction

Authority will provide the facility of Application form correction after submitting the application form for a few days. Correction facility will be available only for those candidates who have successfully registered themselves for DCECE 2023 before the last date. Those who find the mistake in their application form can correct them within the authority's specified time. After the given date, no correction will be accepted by the  Board, and candidates will not change any details. Hence, it is advised that the candidates must carefully fill the application form, avoiding mistakes as correction facilities will not be provided again and again.

Bihar DCECE 2023 Admit card

BCECEB will release Bihar DCECE 2023 Hall ticket soon after the entrance exam will be over, at their official website of the authority. Candidates can download the admit card/hall ticket by logging in with the email id and password. The admit card will carry important details like the date & time of the exam, venue exam center, and roll no. Candidates are required to reach the examination hall at the date & time mentioned on the admit card. They will have to carry the admit card along with them in the examination hall.
