The CCMT 2022 Eligibility Criteria has been released for the applicants to check out before filling out the Application Form. Applicants who wish to pursue admission to a reputable institute's M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan. The programme must meet the eligibility conditions set forth by the examination conducting authority. The basic and particular eligibility criteria for CCMT are divided into two categories. The following section contains information on the general eligibility requirements.
CCMT 2022 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a valid GATE score from one of the following years: 2019/2020/2021.
- Candidates must have earned a qualifying degree from a recognized college or university. Provisional admission will be granted if the candidate is awaiting the results of the qualifying degree; nevertheless, during document verification, the candidate must present a certificate from the institute's head saying the same.
- Only the major way of assessment (CGPA or percentage) will be taken into account when determining eligibility. It is not possible to convert CGPA to a percentage or vice versa. If both a CGPA and a percentage are given, only the CGPA will be taken into account.
- Candidates in the General/GEN-EWS/OBC categories must have a minimum 6.5 CGPA (on a 10 point scale) or 60 percent marks in their qualifying degree, whereas candidates in the SC/ST/PwD categories must have a minimum 6.0 CGPA (on a 10 point scale) or 55 percent marks in their qualifying degree.
CCMT 2022 Special Eligibility Criteria
Students must meet the overall eligibility criteria for CCMT as well as the standards set forth by individual institutes for admission to their M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan. programmes. If an applicant fails to achieve these requirements at any point during the application process, they will be disqualified from the CCMT admissions process. CCMT 2022 Admission Process
The following bulleted points outline the step-by-step approach for centralised counselling for CCMT 2022:
- Candidate registration is done online, followed by choice filling and choice locking.
- Seating is assigned based on the number of choices made.
- Acceptance fees must be paid.
- After paying the money, report to the designated centres.
- Then you must pay the seat confirmation costs and eventually enrol in the institutions that have been assigned to you.
- The final step is to pay the remaining fee for the institute you've chosen.
