DOST Telangana Admission 2020 Application form for Degree Online Service (DOST) has already been released on the official website.  Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad, will also release the seat allotment result on 16 September 2020. The admission will be provided on the basis of merit and reservation criteria. DOST is a state level examination through which admissions are provided to courses such as BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Com (Hons), BBM, BSW etc. Candidates can read the article below for eligibility criteria, application form etc.

DOST Application Form 2020

Candidates must note the following points for the Application form below.

  • The Application form releases through the Online mode on 24 August 2020.
  • Candidates will be able to fill the application form through the official website.
  • If the Adhaar card is not linked, then verify the Aadhaar number seeded/linked with the mobile number through the link.
  • The last date to fill the application form is 07 September 2020.
  • Candidates are advised to fill the application form with correct details.
  • The uploading documents should be in the prescribed format only.
  • Moreover, keep a copy of the filled application form for further use.

How to fill DOST Application Form 2020?

Candidates have to follow the steps below for filling the Application form

  • Visit the official website and click on the candidate pre-registration link.
  • Click on the preregistration form will be appeared on the homepage.
  • After that, an OTP is sent to the mobile number, candidates have to enter that OTP.
  • DOST ID will be generated based on the hall ticket.
  • Next, the payment gateway opens, candidates, have to pay the registration fee.
  • Login into account and enter personal details, qualification details, communication details etc and upload the signature and photograph.
  • Verify the details once again and Press the “SUBMIT” button to submit the UG Online Admission Form.
  • DOST Online Admission Registration Payments Status and Web Options page appear.
  • To Exercise Web Options click on “Click for Web Options” link.

Application Fees 

Candidates has to pay Rs. 200 as an application fees which is same for all candidates.

Important Changes in DOST Admission Application Form 2020

  • This time, T App Folio is introduced to avoid human touch. This is for students who have passed from Telangana BIE.
  • To resolve issues, Whatsapp chatbot has been introduced.

DOST 2020 Eligibility Criteria 

Before applying on the Application form, it is advisable to candidates to check the Eligibility Criteria needed for DOST 2020.

  • Candidates who have passed 10+2 from a recognised board can apply.
  • Candidates who have passed Intermediate (Vocational) Medical Lab Technology Course from Board can apply for B.A / B.com course only.

DOST Seat Allotment Results 2020

The result for Seat Allotment will be released by Telangana State Council of Higher Education at the Official website - dost.cgg.gov.in. Candidates need to log in with their DOST Id and Pin to check the same. The seat allotment result for DOST 2020 will be sent to the candidates via SMS at their registered mobile number. The candidates who are allotted a seat need to report online only (Online Self Reporting) by paying Online Rs.1000/- or Rs.500/- as the case may be. The Result for the same is likely to be released on 16 September 2020.

Candidates must take a look at the reservation criteria by the TSCHE. There shall be reservations of seat for SC, ST, BC's, NCC and ACC.
