HPU B.Ed 2023 Application form will be available on the official website of the Himachal Pradesh University. Candidates must read the below-given details to avoid any kind of mistake while filling the form:

• Candidate must apply online on the official website only to avoid any fraud.
• Upload the scanned copy of photographs, signature and other documents like category certificate (if applicable), PwD certificate (if applicable) in the prescribed format.
• Candidates must check the application status continuously whether their online application form is received or is under scrutiny, accepted, defective, status after rectification, Rejected with valid reason.
• Application fees will be paid through any of the electronic payment modes which are mentioned below of this article.

Candidates must have to follow the given instructions while filling the HPU B.Ed 2023 Application Form online:

• Candidates must not use anybody else email.
• Only one candidate can be registered with one email address.
• Candidates must give their own mobile number and email address.
• Candidates must keep their Unique Registration Number along with password safe and confidential.

The candidates will have to below mention details in the form to complete the registration process:

• Personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents’ name, parents’ mobile number, etc.). Please note that the name of the candidate in the online application form must exactly be the same as per the qualifying degree certificate.
• Name of the Course
• Educational Qualification Details 
• Address for communication (including PIN code).
• Eligibility degree details.
• College name and address with PIN code.
• Choice of Examination City
• Details of the valid Identity Document (ID) (This ID proof, in original, should be carried by the candidate to the examination hall).
• Net-banking/debit card/credit card details for fee payment.

The candidates must upload the required documents in the prescribed format only:

1. Scanned copy of candidate‟s recent photograph
• Must be taken in full face.
• Should have no shadows and red eyes.
• Must be of a size of 100 kb.
• Photo form should be *.jpeg, jpg. 
2. Scanned copy of candidate‟s signature 
• Should be of the maximum size of 100 kb. 
•  The format should be *.jpeg, jpg only. 

Applicants will have to pay the fee as per their category if applying the certificate. The details of the fee can be checked below:

• Fee once paid will not be refunded by the authorised body in any circumstances.
• The candidates are advised to keep the confirmation page and proof of fee payment safely for any future references.

HPU B.Ed 2023 Application Form can be filled through online mode only. Applications sent through any other mode will not be accepted. Below mentioned are the steps to fill the form:

• Visit the official website of the authority.
• Click on the " Under Graduate" tab given on the home page.
• After that click on B.Ed Course for filling up the online application form. 
• After filling up the personal information click “on submit button” at the end of the page. 
• Unique Registration Number along with the password will be generated.

• After that Click on “Under Graduate tab “ and thereafter Click on “Click here for Student Login” with Unique Registration Number and password.
• Fill in the other details like Academic details, Address, etc.

• After filling in all the details upload the scanned copy of the Photo and signature in the prescribed format only.
• After that save the data and then click on the "Continue and Save" button.

• Select the online payment mode, “Click on Make Payment”. 
• To select the payment gateway and “Click on Continue” for payment. 
• Candidates have to choose among ( Debit/Credit Card using on-line gateway payment & Net Banking etc.). 
• After making the payment the candidate will receive a message with all the details and e-receipt. Keep the statement of bank/net banking transaction receipt bearing Application Registration Number for future reference.
• Click on Submit button
