JCECEB PG Medical Admission 2023 Form

• The board will release the Registration Form on the official website in the month of March 2023.
• The candidates will need to fill the required details.
• Upload the scanned images of photograph & signature.
• The applicants must take the printout of the form for future uses.
• There is no application fee.

JCECEB PG Medical Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria

 JCECEB PG Medical Admission 2023 eligibility criteria can be checked below to appear in the entrance exam:

• Aspirants must be a Permanent/Local resident of Jharkhand OR A candidate who is not a permanent resident of Jharkhand, but has passed his MBBS Examination from any University/Medical College of Jharkhand state is also eligible to apply.

• Applicants must hold the degree of M.B.B.S course from any Medical College of Jharkhand State 

OR

• Those who were admitted to medical colleges of Bihar State in the session started from 2000 before the creation of Jharkhand and have passed the M.B.B.S. Course.
• The candidate must have completed a one-year Rotatory Internship or are likely to complete it by 31 March of the examination year.

JCECEB PG Medical Admission 2023 Reservation

The reservation policy of Govt. of Jharkhand is strictly followed at the time of counseling or admission or seat allotment process. The benefit of reservation of B.C.-1 and B.C.-11 is given to only those B.C.- I and B.C.- II candidates who have proper caste certificates and are not under the creamy layer. Certificate issued by anyone other than Circle Officer/ Sub Divisional Officer- (Civil) or Dy. Commissioner concerned district of Jharkhand State shall not be accepted. The caste certificate format is available under the Downloads column of the Board’s official website.

JCECEB PG Medical Admission 2023 Counselling 

The counseling for admission to PG Medical State Quota Seats in Jharkhand is going to be conducted in online mode. The various stages involved have been discussed below:

JCECEB requires the candidates to apply online through its website, to take part in the counselling procedure. While applying, the candidates are required to upload certain documents and pay the application fee for counselling.

Once the final merit list has been released, candidates can submit their choices for college and courses on the portal of JCECEB.

On the basis of choices submitted by the applicants, allotment of seats is done. The schedule for the same can be checked from the dates table given above.

Candidates, who will be finally allotted seats, have to report to the allotted institutes within the deadline to confirm their seats.

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Exam Board

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board was constituted under Section 85 of the Bihar Re-Constituted Act, 2000 by the Govt. vide Memo No. 374 dated 29.03.2001. The Government of Jharkhand has assigned the responsibility of conducting entrance tests for admission into various Institutions in the state. J.C.E.C.E.B. presently organizes the following entrance tests annually depending upon the approval granted by the respective Departments of Govt. of Jharkhand for the respective session.
