JET ABM 2022 Eligibility Criteria- Candidates seeking admission to the MBA and other postgraduate courses offered at Jain University through the JET Entrance Exam must meet certain qualifying conditions. JET ABM 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for any exam, candidates should first learn about the eligibility requirements. Candidates must check that they are eligible for the test before taking out the online JET Agriculture 2022 application form. If any candidate is found to have violated the admissions standards in regards to eligibility, their application will be denied, and they will not be assigned to any universities. Age Limit:
  • As of January 1, 2022, the highest age limit for applying will be 25 years (as per the 12th certificate).
Requirement for Residency:

The first and most crucial need for candidates to be eligible for the examination is their domicile or proof of being a local resident of Rajasthan. Only local citizens and residents of Rajasthan state are eligible to apply for the JET Agriculture 2022 programme. Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this category:

  • The candidate must study for the last three years of his or her qualifying examination as a regular student in a Rajasthan-approved institution.
  • The candidate's parents (Father or Mother) must have lived in Rajasthan for at least 10 years and the candidate must have studied for at least 5 years during that time in a recognised educational institution in Rajasthan.
  • Son/daughter of a retired or serving employee of the Government of Rajasthan or any of the Universities or Boards of Secondary Education in Rajasthan who has worked in Rajasthan for three years prior to the last date of application submission and has been duly constituted by the Government of Rajasthan by an act of Law.
  • Son or daughter of a retired or permanent member of the Indian Defense Service from Rajasthan who was stationed in Rajasthan at the time of the application deadline.
  • At the time of the application deadline, the son or daughter of a serving or retired Paramilitary Forces of India employee stationed in Rajasthan.
  • Children of Rajasthan High Court judges must provide an undertaking/affidavit stating that they have neither claimed or received benefits from any other state.
Criteria for Qualification:
  • Exam Qualification: Candidates must pass the Rajasthan, Ajmer board/university or any other recognised board's 10+2 examination or equivalent.
  • Subjects: The qualifying examination requires knowledge in agriculture, biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics.

Agriculture, biology, chemistry, physics, and maths are required to pass the qualifying examination.

  • Minimum Grades: In 12th grade, you must achieve a minimum grade point average of 50%. (Arts and Commerce streams candidates are not eligible).
  • Relaxations: Candidates from the reserved categories (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL/ SBC-NCL) shall receive a 5% reduction in qualifying marks.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years) in any discipline and a qualifying exam score of 50 percent.

JET ABM 2022: Eligibility Conditions

In the official notification, the exam conducting authority provides the JET eligibility conditions. The JET 2022 eligibility criteria include educational qualifications, mandatory topics, and other factors. Applicants for JET 2022 must have completed class 12th from a recognised board, as listed below.

  • PUC
  • ICSE
  • CBSE

Candidates must also have one obligatory course from the list below in addition to Physics and Chemistry.

  • Biology
  • Biotechnology
  • Chemistry
  • Vocational technical topic

A four-year bachelor's degree in any of the following subjects from an Agricultural University or Institution accredited by the ICAR/UGC is required for entrance to the programmes.

  • Agriculture
  • Agri-Business Management/Commercial Agriculture and Agri-Business
  • Management/Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation are two different types of Agri-Business Management.
  • Agricultural Engineering 
  • Information Technology in Agriculture
  • Bioinformatics
  • Biotechnology
  • Dairy Science and Technology
  • Engineering of Energy and the Environment
  • Fisheries Food Process
  • Engineering/Food Technology
  • Forestry\s Horticulture

Minimum Percentage in Sericulture Veterinary Science: 50% or comparable OGPA
