ULSAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria – Age
There is no minimum or maximum age limit set by UPES to appear in ULSAT 2021.
ULSAT Eligibility Criteria 2021 (For different LLB programmes)
B.B.A.L.L.B with emphasis on Corporate Laws
Candidates need to have at least 50% marks in 10th and 12th class of 10+2 educational system.
B.A.L.L.B with emphasis on Energy Laws
B.Com.L.L.B with emphasis on Taxation Laws
B.Tech Energy Technology + L.L.B with specialization in Cyber Law
Candidates need at least 50% marks in 10th and 12th class exam of 10+2 educational system and at least 50% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th class of 10+2 educational system are required.
B.Tech Energy Technology + L.L.B with specialization in IPR
ULSAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria - For appearing candidates
Candidates who are appearing in the final year of the qualifying examination can also take part in ULSAT 2021. However, such candidates have to produce age verification in the form of their class 10th mark-sheet. Those candidates also need to produce all original documents/certificates at the time of counselling/admission.
Eligibility Criteria for Uttarakhand State Board Toppers Scholarships in LLB Program
UPES has announced separate eligibility criteria for Top 150 Uttrakhand State Board toppers. For those candidates, eligibility criteria are given below:
• Minimum 80% marks in each of X, XII class and PCM for B.Tech and 80% aggregate for BBA and Law in Class X & XII in UK State Board
• Merit order allotment of 1 seat per program.
• The seats reserved under this category will be within the 15% reservation for Uttarakhand Resident students.
• Should have “Sthai Niwas Praman Patra” (Permanent Residence Certificate)
• Students will be entitled only to 1 scholarship at a time (either through Uttarakhand Board Toppers or through Uttarakhand Resident category)
