Uttarakhand Open University(UOU) 2023 Application Form
The application form of UOU will be released. Candidates can fill the application form online as well as in offline mode. Admissions to candidates will be provided directly on a first-come and first-serve basis.
- To fill the application form online mode, candidates have to visit the official website of the university.
- Then search here for the "Application form 2023-21" link and click on that.
- Then the application form will appear on the computer screen.
- Aspirants are advised to fill in the correct details in the form, as these details will be used for further admission criteria. No changes in the application form will be provided later on.
If a candidate wants to fill the application form through offline mode, then he or she has to download the application form from the official website and fill it and then has to send it through speed post to the nearest study centre.

Uttarakhand Open University(UOU) 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form to avoid any discrepancy or cancellation of the application form. The eligibility criteria as per the course are mentioned in the given below table.
Eligibility for UG Courses:

| Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Tourism and Travel Management | Candidate must have completed 12th class or its equivalent to apply for admission in the BA program. |
| Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce | Candidate must have completed 12th class or its equivalent from a recognized board. |
| Bachelor of Science | Candidates must have completed 12th class with science as their compulsory subject from a recognized board. |
| Bachelor of Computer Applications | Candidates must have completed 12th class with mathematics as one of their compulsory subjects. Candidates who do not have Mathematics at 12th standard level will have to clear the qualifying Mathematics exam during the course of the programme and the exam fee for that particular subject will be charged separately. |
| Bachelor of Education | Candidate must have scored at least 50% minimum marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree or in the Master’s Degree. Candidate must have completed training in servicing teachers in elementary education. Candidates who have completed the NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face to face mode are also eligible for admission. |
Eligibility for PG Courses and Diploma:

| MBA | Candidate must have scored at least 50% aggregate marks in their graduation or post-graduate level along with the 2 years of supervisory, managerial, professional, or teaching experience. 5% relaxation will be permitted for reserved category candidates. Admission in MBA course based on the candidates score in MAT or CAT entrance exam. |
| M.Com | Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B. Com.) |
| MCA | Candidate must have completed graduation in any stream and those candidates who don't have mathematics in 12th class will have to pass one qualifying Mathematics paper during the course of the programme. |
| Diploma | Candidates must have completed the 12th class or its equivalent from the recognized board. |
Eligibility for PG Diploma Programs:

| PG Diploma in Marketing Management and Human Resource Management | Candidate must have scored at least 50% aggregate Marks in their graduation or post-graduation level with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field. Further, those candidates who have scored 45% marks in their graduation level or post-graduation level with 2 years of supervisory/ managerial/ professional / teaching experience after completing the education are also eligible. |
| Post Graduate Diploma In Disaster Management and Computer Application | Candidate must have a graduation degree in the relevant field. |
