AIBE 2023 Cutoff Marks: Minimum Scores for All India Bar Examination

All India Bar Examination (AIBE)  2023 will be conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). AIBE XV is conducted for practicing law in India. In 2023, AIBE XV is supposed to be conducted as an open book examination in which candidates can bring along their books and study material at their allotted exam centers.

AIBE 2023 Expected Cut Off

Aspirants who will qualify the AIBE exam as per the category-wise cutoff criteria will be considered as 'PASS' and BCI will award those qualified candidates with 'Certificate of Practice' to become practicing lawyers.

Factors affecting AIBE 2023 Cutoff 

The AIBE 2023 cutoff marks will be determined by the following factors:

  • Total number of candidates appearing for AIBE 2023.
  • Total number of candidates clearing the AIBE 2023.
  • The difficulty level of the paper.
  • The number of seats available for admission in the AIBE 2023 participating colleges.
AIBE 2023 Test Pattern - Points to Remember

AIBE 2023 will be a paper-based test and the candidates will receive 100 objective questions that must be answered within 3 hours and 30 minutes according to the test pattern.
Nominees can choose their preferred language during registration for AIBE in 2023.
Students in the general phase must obtain at least 40% marks and those in the SC / ST category must obtain at least 35% marks in order to obtain a Certificate of Excellence from BCI.
In the AIBE  tests students will receive 1 mark for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking.
