AIBE 2021 Cutoff: Expected and Previous year cutoff

All India Bar Examination (AIBE)  2021 will be conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). AIBE XV is conducted for practicing law in India. In 2021, AIBE XV is supposed to be conducted as an open book examination in which candidates can bring along their books and study material at their allotted exam centers.

AIBE 2021 Expected Cut Off

With the declaration of result and final answer key, BCI also releases the minimum marks as required by the candidate to pass the test. Candidates can check the previous year cut off marks below to get an idea on AIBE cut off:

  • The final result was made out of a total of 98 marks

  • The final result was evaluated out of a total of 95 marks

Aspirants who will qualify the AIBE exam as per the category-wise cutoff criteria will be considered as 'PASS' and BCI will award those qualified candidates with 'Certificate of Practice' to become practicing lawyers.

Factors affecting AIBE 2021 Cutoff 

The AIBE 2021 cutoff marks will be determined by the following factors:

  • Total number of candidates appearing for AIBE 2021
  • Total number of candidates clearing the AIBE 2021
  • The difficulty level of the paper
