AMITY JEE 2020 (Cancelled): Application Form (Available), Eligibility

Amity JEE 2020 has been cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic. The admission to all enginnering programmes will be taken on the basis of JEE scores or english language test in online mode. The application form is still ongoing for all the programs offered in all the campuses of the university. The university conducts the Amity Joint Entrance Examination for admissions to various undergraduate engineering programmes in the university campuses. Candidates appearing for the exam will have to fill the application form which will be available in both online mode. The aspirants must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria before applying for the exam. Candidates will have to book the test centre according to their preference.

AMITY JEE 2020 Application form

Applicants can apply for the AMITY University 2020 application form online & offline both. Once the Amity University 2020 application form can be submitted, candidates can access the Amity University Admission 2020 microsite. Under this candidates can check the status of the application form and also selection result for further admission process.

Candidates can fill the application form of Amity JEE 2020 online by making a payment of Rs 1100 through credit card, debit card or Paytm. Candidates can also download the application form from the official website and submit it after filling to the respective campus for which admission is desired. Following are the steps mentioned below to fill the application form:

  • To download the Amity JEE application form 2020, candidates will have to first register by entering the required details.
  • Candidates then have to fill the application form of Amity JEE 2020 by providing all the necessary information.
  • The photograph and educational certificates have to be uploaded in the prescribed format.
  • The application form has to be submitted after paying the application fee.
  • Candidates are advised to take a print out of the completely filled application form for future reference.
Amity University is no more conducting Amity JEE for B.Tech admission in 2020. The selection of candidates is to be based on JEE Main score or English language test. Selected candidates have to appear for an interview next at the Amity campus. 

Amity JEE 2020 Admit Card

  • Amity JEE 2020 Application Form will be available soon. Candidates can fill in the application form by visiting the official website of Amity University.
  • Once the Application form is complete (online/offline), candidates can check the status of the same on Admission Microsite of Amity University for the process of admission.
  • Candidates can sign into the profile by giving their application form number and password printed on the Application form.
  • Admit Cards will be available in the first week of April 2020, around a week before the examination.
  • Candidates can make changes to their examination centres before the Amity JEE 2020 Admit Card is issued. Once, it is available, no changes will be permissible.
  • Candidates have to check the application form in detail. It will contain all the details such as Enrollment number, ID number, Name, Photo ID, etc.
  • Any discrepancy in the admit card should be informed to the concerned authority immediately.
  • Every candidate must present with the admit card during the examination. Failing to do so might result in the rejection of the candidate.
  • Candidates are expected to preserve the AMITY JEE admit card even after the exam, as it will be used in the counselling process.

Amity JEE 2020 Paper Pattern

The detailed information regarding Amity JEE 2020 Paper Pattern is given below.

  • It will be an OMR examination, which will take place in various cities in India.
  • It will be a two-hour paper.
  • The reporting time will be 09:30 AM. The examination will start from 10:30 AM.
  • The question paper will consist of four sections. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
  • Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics will have 25 MCQs type questions, whereas English will have 15 such questions.
  • The candidates will not get any marks if they select more than one option for one question.
  • There is a provision of negative marking. Also, the correct answer will yield 4 marks, and for every wrong answer will result in the deduction of 01 marks.
  • Candidates need to bring a Black or Blue ballpoint pen.
  • The candidate can change the examination centre by visiting the micro-site for the Admission process. But, no further changes are permissible once the exam conducting body issues the Admit card.
  • Admit card is mandatory in the examination centre. But, no candidate will get permission to enter the examination hall without the admit card.
  • No calculators or electronic devices are allowable inside the examination hall.
