After a few days from the announcement of the merit list, the authority will undertake the GNIOT counselling procedure. Only the UPSEE/UPCET counselling procedure would be used to allocate seats to candidates.

Candidates who are eligible for GNIOT admission must participate in the UPSEE/UPCET 2022 counselling process. In order to be considered for admission to GNIOT, candidates must select GNIOT during the choice phase. The ultimate admission will be given to the candidates based on their merit list ranking.

• Those applicants who received qualifying marks will be placed on a merit list and invited to participate in the counselling process.
• They will receive a call letter from the authorities inviting them to participate in the counselling procedure, and they must bring the relevant documents to the counselling centre for verification.
• Candidates can report for admission on the days that have been assigned to them for class attendance.

The candidates must follow the GNIOT admission procedure, which is listed below.

• Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements can fill out the application form online by visiting the official website.
• Applicants should be required to include their qualification details in the application form so that they can be confirmed by authorities.
• Students are urged to contact the respective File Coordinators (Branch-wise Counter
• List placed in front of the Room) for I.D. generation and Fee Deposit Slip generation after completing all of the documents necessary in the Admission File.
• They should get a Fee Deposit Slip from the Coordinator and deposit the Academic/Hostel Fee with the Accounts Section.
• The authority will check the candidates and send them a letter inviting them to the counselling session.
• After the final admission, the candidates will be assigned a seat and will be required to pay the admission cost.
