Candidates should bring their required documents to the counselling centre for verification.

Gujarat ITI 2022 Merit List

The Merit List will be published on the Gujarat Industrial Training Institute's official website according to the schedule specified by the authority, and individuals who have applied can verify their names in the Merit List. The Merit List will reveal the names of qualified students, and only those on the Merit List will be admitted to the next level.

DET will compile a number of merit lists, including a general merit list, a women's merit list, a SC/ST merit list, a socially backward class merit list, and a merit list for economically disadvantaged sections.

Gujarat ITI 2022 Counselling Process

The candidates will be shortlisted and called for the counselling procedure once The Directorate of Employment and Training (DET) releases the merit list. To minimise problems during the admissions process, make sure to write down the right date of counselling and show there on time.

There are two stages to the counselling process.

• Seating distribution.
• Document verification is required.

Seats will be assigned depending on a student's performance, merit, and choice.

Candidates must submit all essential documentation as part of the application procedure. These documents will be compared to those provided by the candidates throughout the application process.

Gujarat ITI 2022 Seat Allotment

For the candidates' seat allocation, there will be four rounds of counselling. The students' seats will be assigned based on their merit, preference for Gujarat Industrial Training Institute, and selected trade.

Those applicants who were not selected in the first round may apply in following rounds. Candidates who are dissatisfied with their assigned trade can ask for a trade transfer.

Gujarat ITI 2022 Interview/Reporting

Following the seat allocation, those applicants will be assigned to the Gujarat Industrial Training Institute; they must report to the given centre following the interview. Candidates must provide all required documents and certifications to the designated college for verification.

If an applicant fails to report to the college on the day of the interview, they will be excluded from admission. The students' ultimate acceptance will be determined based on their interview and document verification.
