HPU B.Sc. Nursing Counselling 2022 will be published by the Director of Medical Education & Research, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla. It conducts counselling for admission in HPU Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing 2022. As per the merit list, shortlisted candidates are called for the counselling round. On the day of the counselling, candidates have to carry documents for verification and admission is given according to the available seats. HPU counselling for B.Sc Nursing is held in two rounds. HPU B.Sc Nursing Counselling
The HPU B.Sc Nursing counselling 2022 session schedule will be notified online on the official website. All the shortlisted candidates have to attend the counselling session for the HPU B.Sc Nursing admission process. The candidate with the highest ranking will be considered first in the B.Sc Nursing 2022 seat allotments. All the candidates make ensure to carry all the original copies of the required documents at the HPU B.Sc Nursing counselling center for verification.
How to Apply for HPU B.Sc Nursing 2022 Counselling Form?
Step 1: Candidates have to visit the HPU official website for B.Sc Nursing.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Counselling link for admission in B.Sc Nursing.
Step 3: Fill the counselling Form carefully.
Step 4: Take a printout of the form after filling in all the details.
HPU Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing 2022 Seat Allotment Process
The counselling for admission in HPU B.Sc nursing will be held in two rounds. At the time of counselling, the candidate’s verification check is done. Hence, candidates must have to carry important documents/certificates(original) along with them. If any candidate is found ineligible then their candidature will be cancelled.
Candidates are called for counselling as per the result and their score in the entrance test. Seats allotted to candidates through two rounds. if any candidates would be left out in the first round, then seats will be allotted in the second round. However, if any seats remain vacant after the second round of counselling also, then admission will be offered through the waiting list of the candidates.
In order to accept the seat, candidates have to deposit Rs. 10000/- in advance at the time of counselling, later fee will be adjusted in Annual Fee.
Documents to Carry on the Day of HPU Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing 2022 Counselling
The candidate should carry the original and photocopies of the following documents on the counselling day.
- Application form(Hard Copy)
- Admit Card for HPU B.Sc Nursing 2022
- Class 10th Marksheet.
- Class 12th pass Marksheet
- Character Certificate
- Registration Certificate from Himachal Pradesh State Nurses Registration Council, Shimla.
- Domicile Certificate
- Certificate of being children of Himachal Pradesh Govt. Employees and Employees of Autonomous Bodies partially or wholly financed by the Himachal Pradesh.
- Caste Certificate
- Service certificate-cum-NOC(applicable for in-service candidates).
- Affidavit
- Demand Draft/IPO of Counselling Fee Rs. 100/- in favour of Finance officer, HPU, Shimla
