The following general instructions must be kept in mind while filling the HPU Post Basic B.Sc Application form 2022.

• The application form will be released on the official website from March 2022.
• The application form will only be submitted through Online mode only.
• Before filling the application form the candidates must be ready to upload all the scanned documents required.
• The form should be filled with proper email id and mobile number.
• The application fees is also to be paid through Online mode.
• Candidates must make sure that they fill up all the details correctly otherwise the application form will be rejected without any prior communication.

How to fill HPU Post basic B.Sc Nursing Application Form 2022?

Candidates can follow some simple steps for HPU Post Basic B.Sc Application form 2022

• Step 1: Click on the direct link given on this page. After that, the candidate is directed to the official website.
• Step 2: On the homepage, click on the “undergraduate courses” and choose the course you are applying i.e Post Basic Nursing Examination.
• Step 3: After clicking on the programme a pop up will be open for terms and conditions.  Kindly check the terms and conditions. After that the candidates  will be redirected to personal information page. 
• Step 4: Please fill the personal information first. After filling up the personal information click on save button at the last of the page.
• Step 5: System will generate the Unique Registration number along with password and the same will be send on the registered e-mail and on registered mobile number. Applicants can note the same.
• Step 6: Moving forward, candidate has to login again with the unique registration number and password.
• Step 7: Fill up the educational details and upload the related documents. Uploaded Photo and Signature should be as per specifications.
• Step 8: Then the candidates can pay the application fees through Debit/Credit card etc. 
• Step 9: To save the data please click on ‘Continue and Save’ button at the bottom of each screen and submit.

• Are you registered with H.P. State Nurses Registration Council as Nurse/ Midwife
• Whether your GNM Institution is located in H.P.
• Have you passed or Appeared in GNM Course
• Percentage of Marks in GNM
•  Status of service in Govt. of H.P.
• Have you completed minimum 5 years service in Govt. of H.P. as on 26.06.2019.

Application Fees

After entering all the details candidates have to end up on submitting the application fees. The application form is considered by the authorities only after the payment of the application fee. The fee once paid is non-refundable. The expected application fee is given below in the table.

The fees can be paid throygh following ways:

• Candidates have to choose between  HDFC/SBI Bank payment gateway.
• Debit Card
• Credit Card

Application Form Correction

The candidates who have done any mistake before in filling the application form, gets another chance to re correct their application form again. For this candidates have to re open their respective forms with their login ID and passwords provided earlier in the dates specified by the authorities for application correction. Correct the mistakes and then re submit the form. The application form correction will start from 01 October to 03 October 2020 for HPU Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Entrance examination.

Test Centres 

The Entrance exam for HPU Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Wwill be held in different cities of Himachal Pradesh. Candidates have to reach the test centres at least 1 hour before the commencement of examination. The test centres will be choosed by the candidates while filling the application form. It is important to note that once the test centres are allotted they can't be changed under any circumstances by the candidates. The final right to allot the test centres are held by the Exam conducting body. The cities such as Dharmshala, solan. shimla and mandi will have the test centres for the exam.
