JNU Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria 

• All candidates who have cleared Class XII from a recognized board are eligible to apply for UG course admissions at Jaipur National University. Also, all candidates who have cleared their graduation from a recognized university are eligible for PG admissions at Jaipur National University.
• For Research courses, the applicants must have passed a PG degree from a recognized board.

• Undergraduate Courses: A candidate should have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks in PCM/ PCB.
• Postgraduate Courses: Possessed B.Pharm degree with a minimum score of 50% marks.
• PhD: Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks in the relevant subject.

• Undergraduate Courses: XII std with a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant stream.
• Postgraduate Courses: Possessed a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum mark of 50%.

• Undergraduate Courses: XII with PCM with a minimum of 50% marks in the relevant stream. For Biotechnology, Food Tech, & Biomedical Engg with a minimum of 50% marks in XII with PCB/PCM.
• Postgraduate Courses: Possessed a B.Tech degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Ph.D: Possessed M.Tech/ ME/ M.Sc Electronics/ M.Sc Physics with Electronics with minimum 55% marks.

• Undergraduate Course: Passed 10+2 in relevant stream or have a 45% score in CLAT.
• LLB: bachelor’s degree in relevant stream with minimum 45% marks.
• Post-graduation: Complete LLB degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
• PhD: Complete post-graduation with a minimum of 55% marks.

• Undergraduate Courses: XII with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Postgraduate course: Possessed a bachelor’s degree in relevant stream with minimum 50% marks.
• PhD: Complete post-graduation with a minimum of 55% marks.

• Undergraduate Courses: Passed 10+2 or XII with a minimum of 48% marks in the relevant stream.
• Postgraduate course: Possessed a bachelor’s degree in relevant stream with minimum 50% marks.
• PhD: Complete post-graduation with a minimum of 55% marks.

• MSW: should hold a graduation degree in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks.
• M.Phil Sociology/ Social Work: MSW/ sociology with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Ph. Sociology/ Social Work: Completed masters in social work/ sociology with a minimum of 55% marks.

JNU Admission 2023 Exam Pattern

• Admit Card along with Photo Identity proof should be carried to the Test Centre at the time of the test. An acceptable photo identity is any one of the following;

• • Passport
  • Driving license
  • Voter ID Card
  • Pan Card
  • AADHAR Card (UID)

• Admit Card if found with incorrect details shall lead to debarring of the candidate from appearing for the entrance examination.
• The Admit Card will be released on the official website by the month of April 2023 and shall contain the following information:
  • Name of Candidate
  • Registration Number of the Candidate
  • Photograph of the Candidate
  • Examination Center

JNU Result 2023 

JNU Result 2023 CET will be declared at the official website. Jaipur National University Combined Entrance Test results contain the names of candidates qualifying for the next round of admissions (if applicable)/ admissions.

Candidates can check their JNU CET 2023 result by clicking on the Result link present on the website. It may be noted that the date of release of Jaipur National University Combined Entrance Test 2023 results is not out yet. The page will be updated once the notification regarding the same is out on the official website of the varsity.

JNU Admission Process for UG & PG Courses

Check the details for the same below in the given points:

• Admissions at Jaipur National University are done both on the basis of merit as well as Jaipur National University Combined Entrance Test (JNU CET). It may be noted that for some UG and PG courses such as BA/BBA LLB, BEd, and M Ed the university also accepts state/ national level entrance exam scores. Therefore, candidates having valid CLAT scores (for BA/BBA LLB), PTET scores (for B Ed), and PMET scores (for M Ed) are exempted from appearing for JNU CET exam.
• It may also be noted that for MBA the university only accepts MAT/ CAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ etc. scores for admissions and does not conduct any entrance exam. After getting valid scores for any of these state/ national level exams, JNU admission process for MBA requires candidates to appear for a Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) round.
•  Admission in all other UG and PG courses is done on the basis of merit. The merit list is prepared on the basis of candidates’ marks scored in last qualifying exam and performance in the personal interview round (if applicable).
