Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission or MPPSC is a Madhya Pradesh state government-owned and operated organisation that was founded in 1956. The candidate must be an Indian citizen. Male candidates who have more than one living wife are ineligible. Female applicants who have married a man who already has a wife (who is still alive) are ineligible.

MPPSC 2022 Eligibility Criteria

The following are some of the MPPSC eligibility requirements:
- A candidate for the MPPSC must be a citizen of India.
- Male candidates who apply for the position and have more than one live wife will not be allowed to take the exam.
- Female test takers who are in a marital relationship with a man who is already married are also not allowed to take the exam.
- Furthermore, candidates who request age relaxation or other accommodations in more than one category will be denied.
- Male candidates must not marry before the age of 21, while female candidates who marry before the age of 18 will not be considered for the position.
- Candidates must be in good mental and physical health in order to fulfil their tasks and responsibilities as officers. Appointment will be given to those who are physically fit and healthy.
MPPSC 2022 Age Limit
For candidates in the General and Reserved Categories, the following is the minimum and maximum age limit for taking the MPPSC State Service Exam:
- The minimum age limit is 21 years.
- Maximum age limit: 35 years (for permanent residents of MP) and 30 years (for non-permanent residents of MP) (for other candidates)
- Relaxation when you become older
The following is a list of the age concessions offered to candidates:
- The MPPSC category has an age limit.
- Candidates who are all female, relaxation of the age limit is for a period of ten years.
- Candidates that are physically challenged, relaxation of the age limit by 5 years
- Candidates from the SC/ST/OBC categories, the age limit has been relaxed by 5 years.
- Burma Bonafide Indian repatriates with Indian passports in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Vietnam Relaxation of the age limit by three years.
- A member of the Defence Services, relaxation of the age limit by three years.
- At the first appointment, you may be a widow, divorcee, or someone who has been abandoned, 5 years of age relaxing.
- Holders of green cards who are part of the Family Welfare Program, 2 years of age relaxing.
- The Vikram Award is given to deserving athletes, 5 years of age relaxing.
- Candidates who have served in the military, 3 years of age relaxing.
MPPSC 2022 Educational Qualification
The following are the minimal educational requirements for taking the MPPSC exam:
- Candidates having a bachelor's degree will be considered for this position.
- Candidates who have been approved by the Commission to take the State Services (Main) test must provide a mark sheet/proof of passing the exam together with the application form. Any application form found without a mark sheet/proof of completion of a bachelor's degree will be immediately denied.
- Candidates who hold professional or technical degrees are also eligible to take the exam.
- For numerous posts, candidates taking the MPPSC exam must pass Physical Measurements/Fitness. To be considered for the position, candidates must also pass a medical exam after attending the interview.
