Every year, the MPPSC or Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission holds a State service examination to fill positions such as Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Commercial Tax Officer, and others. In the state's civil service, there are a total of 283 vacancies to be filled through the MPPSC 2022 Examination.

Exam Selection Process for MPPSC State Service Exams in 2022

The steps of the MPPSC exam selection procedure are as follows:

  • Time Duration: The exam will take 4 hours or 240 minutes to complete.
  • Negative Marking: There are no penalties for incorrect answers.
  • Medium: Both the English and Hindi versions of the question paper will be available.
  • Minimum Percentage: To be considered, applicants must achieve a minimum of 40% in each category. It is a requirement for SC/ST/OBC/PwD applicants to achieve minimum of 30%.

Interview Personality Test
  • In this phase, interviewers ask questions based on the information provided by each student, their teaching abilities, experience, and so on.

  • The interview portion is worth 175 points.
