SSC CGL 2020-21 Result will be announced on 31 December 2021. It is national level exam conduct to select candidates for Group B and C posts in various ministries /departments/organizations of the Government of India. This exam has a four-tier system in which tier 1 and tier 2 are computer-based and in tier 3 and 4, there is a descriptive paper and a computer proficiency test or skill test and document verification for job applicants. SSC CGL 2020-21 Result

SSC will declare the Combined Graduate Level Result 2020 on the official website. The result is released in the form of a merit list containing the roll numbers of the selected candidates. The post will be allotted as per the available vacancies. 

How to check SSC CGL 2020-21 Result?

Candidates can check SSC CGL 2021 marks and download the scorecard for tier-I by following the steps mentioned below:

STEP 1: Visit the official website.
STEP 2: Enter username and password in the space provided on the Home page
STEP 3: Click on Login button
STEP 4: Click on the Result/Marks tab
STEP 5: Select the exam from the dropdown and Click on Submit
STEP 6: Check and download the SSC CGL scorecard

What is the tie-break criteria in SSC CGL?

In case of a tie in combined aggregate score (in tier-I, -II and -III exams) of two or more candidates, the following criteria is adopted to create the merit list until the tie is resolved:

  • Total marks of a candidate in tier-II exam
  • Total marks of a candidate in tier-III exam
  • Total marks of a candidate in tier-I exam
  • Date of birth, with older candidate placed higher
  • Alphabetical order in which the first names of the candidates appear

SSC CGL Previous Cutoff 

The SSC CGL cutoff is the minimum marks that candidates need to secure in order to qualify for each stage of the exam. The cutoff is released after completion of each stage/tier and is determined on the basis of factors such as:

  • The number of candidates who appeared for the exam
  • Number of available vacancies
  • Difficulty level of the paper
  • Previous year cutoffs
