Q: In the SSC CGL Exam 2021-22, how many attempts are there?

For the SSC CGL test, no such number of attempts is given anywhere. Candidates can only take the exam if they are between the ages of 18 and 65, depending on the category they belong to. SSC CGL candidates must be at least 18 years old and no more than 32 years old (as of August). The age of candidates as present in the 10th and 12th certificates will be considered.

The SSC CGL exam does have a negative marking mechanism. In the CGL Tier I, Tier III, and Tier IV, candidates will lose 0.50 marks for each incorrect attempt. For the SSC CGL Tier-II exam, they will be docked 0.25 marks for each incorrect attempt.

Assistant Accounts Officer or Assistant Audit Officer is the highest position in the SSC that a candidate can obtain through the CGL examination. The SSC CGL AAO is a Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) Group "B" job with a grade pay of 4800. A applicant who qualifies for the AAO position will work for CAG in the Indian Audit & Accounts Department.

The SSC announced the online exam date for the SSC CGL 2022 Tier I exam on December 23, 2021, along with the official announcement and yearly exam calendar.
