Given below are the subject-wise important topics for TS LAWCET examination:
|General Knowledge and Mental Ability||Static subjects like History, Geography, Economics, Logical Reasoning, Environmental Science|
|Current Affairs||Important events of national and international importance in past one year specially|
|Law Aptitude||Elementary Knowledge of law subjects, Principle related to law, the constitution of India, Constitutional Rights|
Part A of the paper consists of 30 questions carrying 30 marks. In this section, questions are generally based on logical reasoning and static general awareness.

This section mainly includes questions from the events that have recently happened in the country and around the globe. It includes questions from the topics like-
The only source to prepare for this section is newspapers, magazines and news channels. So candidates have to read them regularly to stay updated on the events of the past and current year.
Part C of the exam consists of 60 questions generally based on Legal Aptitude. As per the instructions given by the exam authority, questions from basic laws and Constitution of the country will be asked in this section and they will be of elementary level.
