Candidates who wish to apply for the WBCS Exam 2023 can register online at the official website of WBPSC, wbpsc.gov.in.
The last date to apply for the WBCS Exam 2023 is March 21, 2023. Candidates are advised to complete the registration process before the deadline to avoid any last-minute issues.

WBCS Exam 2023 Admit Card
The admit card of the WBCS Prelims exam 2023 has been released by the official authority on its official website. WBCS Exam 2023 Admit cards will be issued separately for all three stages i.e. prelims, mains, and the personality test. All aspirants are advised to keep their admit cards until the whole admission process is completed. To download the admit card, there are steps, that candidates must follow.
Step 1. In the first step, candidates have to visit the official website of WBPSC.
Step 2. Then click on the admit card, and after that, a new page of the admit card will be opened on the desktop screen.
Step 3. Now, candidates have to enter their details such as name, date of birth, etc.
Step 4. The admit card of the candidate will be open.
Step 5. Candidates are advised to download their admit card in pdf format and must keep two three printouts of it for future reference.
WBCS Exam 2023 Answer Key
West Bengal Public Service Commission publishes the official answer key once the prelims & mains examination gets over as per the schedule. With the help of an official answer, candidates can calculate their marks (approx) & to analyze their performance in the respective examination. WBCS 2023 Selection Process
Selection of the candidates will be based on their performance in the preliminary exam, main exam, personality test, and medical examination of Public Service Commission, West Bengal exam 2023.
Preliminary Examination
First candidates have to appear in the Pre Examination. Those who will qualify for this round will be called for the main examination.
Main Examination
After the successful conduction of the preliminary examination. Mains examination qualified candidates will be called for a personality test.
Personality Test
Candidates shortlisted for Personality Tests will be required to specify the order of their preference for the posts or services to which they have applied. Choice of preference thus exercised will be deemed to be final and no alteration thereafter will be allowed.
Medical Examination
Candidates who will be selected for appointment will have to go through the medical examination for the certificates of their fitness for Government service in the form prescribed for the purpose.

WBCS Exam 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The WBCS eligibility of candidates who want to take admission is mentioned in the given below table.
Age limit
Candidate's age for the posts of Group A and C must not be less than 21 years of age and should not exceed 36 years at the time of admission.
Candidate's age for the posts of Group B must not be less than 20 years of age and should not exceed 36 years at the time of admission.
Candidate's age for the posts of Group D must not be less than 21 years of age and should not exceed 39 years at the time of admission.

Candidate must be a citizen of India either by birth or by registration, and

Educational Qualifications
The candidate must have a graduation degree from a recognized institute or University.
Candidates must have the ability to read, write, and speak in Bengali, not applicable for those candidates whose birth language is Nepali.
Physical Standards for the posts in West Bengal Police Service in Group B Service
Male candidates must have a minimum height of 1.65 meters.
Female candidates must have a minimum height of 1.50 meters that are subjected to relaxation to those candidates that are belonging to Gorkhas, Garwalis, Assamese Tribals, etc.
