Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry will conduct YSP Admission 2022. It is a public university that was founded on December 1, 1985. The YSP Entrance Test is a university-level test that is held to admit students to UG, PG, MSc/MBA, and Ph.D. programmes. Candidates have the option of filling out the application form online. Eligibility Criteria for YSP 2022

Candidates applying for YSP 2022 should be aware of the eligibility requirements that must be met to be considered for the exam. Candidates who will not meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified. The following requirements for various courses are available to candidates:

UG 

Candidates must have finished their 10+2 from a recognised board of education with a minimum of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, and English as compulsory courses.

Applicants from countries other than India must have completed their equivalent of 10+2 with science subjects.

Students seeking for UG studies at the university must have finished their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology, and English as obligatory subjects from a recognized board of education, with a minimum of 45 percent for SC/ST/PH candidates.

PG 

Candidates who have finished their B.Sc/ B.Sc (Hons) in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Forestry with a CGPA of at least 6.0 on a scale of ten, or an equivalent of 60% in other situations.

Candidates who have finished their B.Sc/ B.Sc (Hons) in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Forestry with a CGPA of at least 5.5 out of ten on a ten-point scale, or an equivalent of 55 percent in other situations for SC/ST/PH categories.

MBA PROGRAMS 

Candidates for the MBA (Agribusiness) programme must have a B.Sc. in Agricultural Sciences with a minimum CGPA of 5.5/10 (55%) or a B grade (or equivalent for foreign universities).

Candidates for the MBA programme must have earned a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% or its equivalent, or a B grade from a recognized foreign university.

SC/ST/PWD students must have passed B.Sc Agricultural Sciences with a minimum CGPA of 5.0/10 to be considered for MBA (Agribusiness).

 

For SC/ST/PWD students, an undergraduate degree with a minimum of 45 percent must be completed before applying for an MBA.

Syllabus for YSP Admission 2022

After checking out the eligibility criteria and filling out the application form, candidates must check out the exam pattern and syllabus to make themselves familiar with the types of questions and pattern of the questions that are being followed by the university. Candidates are encouraged to review the syllabus to gain a better understanding of the exam. The following is the syllabus:

  1. Except for MBA, the exam's syllabus would primarily consist of subjects from the qualifying degree.
  2. Candidates applying to UG programmes should review the subjects taught in the 10+2 programme as well as the standard texts utilised.
  3. Candidates who have applied to YSP University for an MBA in a stream other than agribusiness should review the HP-CMAT course.

Admit Card for YSP 2022

The admission card is the candidate's final proof that he has applied for the examination. The following are some important aspects to remember about the YSP 2022 admit card.

  1. Admit cards will be available on the YSP University's official website.
  2. The admit card will only be given to those who have completed the admission process.
  3. The admission card must be downloaded and kept safe from the official website.
  4. It would include information such as the exam centre, the exam date and location, the candidate's identifying information, and so on.
  5. To download the admit card for YSP 2022, candidates must log in using their e-mail and password on the official website.

YSP 2022 Result

The results of the Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar (YSP) University admission test will be posted on the university's official website. The results will be provided in the form of a PDF document, which candidates must review.
