• Candidates check that all the details are correct on the scorecard. If there is any error, contact the authority immediately.
• No hard copy of scorecard will be sent by the authority. Candidates have to download the scorecard online mode only.
• Qualified candidates will be called for a round of counselling where they will be allotted their desired course. A hard copy of the scorecard has to be carried at the time of counselling.

AAEEE Tie Breaking Rule 2023

Given below are the tie-breaking rule for AAEEE:

• For B.E. Programme: Candidates' separate subject marks will be then evaluated. If the tie still persists, candidates who are older in age will be given preference over the younger ones.
• For M.E. Programme: In the case of admission to PG courses, provisional admission shall be granted to the candidates selected on the basis of written tests and interviews. If the candidates scored the same marks on the written test, then they will be selected on the basis of their interview.

Retotalling, Revaluation and Transparency for AAEEE 2023

A student shall apply for revaluation, totalling and transparency in the prescribed form available in the website with the required fee within 10 days of publication of the results in the Institute website. In addition, 5 working days shall be allowed for candidates applying for transparency.

• STEP 3: Click on the link which says 'AAEEE 2023 Result.'
• STEP 4: Enter your login credentials like date of birth, roll number, password, etc.
• STEP 5: A pdf will open carrying the scorecard. Check all the details carefully and download.

AAEEE 2023 Counselling

AAEEE 2023 Counselling Procedure will be conducted in September tentatively. The admission will be done on An India basis. It is mandatory for qualified students to attend AAEEE Counselling to get admission to the university. All candidates for counselling must present the original documents in the prescribed form. No candidate shall be enrolled for admission until their document verification is done. Once the counselling is done, candidates have to submit a semester fee which is non-refundable. The course chosen in the counselling cannot be changed later on.
