AP ECET 2027 Counselling Process: Dates, Documents, Step-by-Step Guide

• APSCHE is overseeing the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) AP counselling 2027.
• Today, August 28, is the last day for registered candidates to exercise the AP ECET web option.
• Candidates can utilize the official website, ecet-sche.aptonline.in, to exercise AP ECET web options.
• The AP ECET 2023 final seat allotment result is set to be published by APSCHE on August 31.
• Seat allotment will consider factors such as candidate rank, preference, and seat availability.
• In case of vacant seats, AP ECET 2027 will conduct a spot round of counselling.
• Candidates seeking a change of web options can access the window on August 29.
• Those allocated a seat in the final round of AP ECET counselling 2023 must report to allotted institutions from September 1 to September 4.
• The spot round counselling will depend on vacant seats, following a specific formula: Total vacancies for Institutional spot admissions = Vacant seats at the final phase of counselling + Number not reported from allotted candidates list + Number reported but withdrew after final phase of counselling.

Candidates have to bring the following documents along with them for verification on the day of AP ECET 2027 Counselling:

• Diploma/ B.Sc original Certificate
• Mark sheet of 3 years
• Study Certificate
• Residence Certificate
• AP ECET 202 result
• AP ECET 2027 Admit Card
• Caste Certificate

AP ECET 2027 Counselling Procedure

Candidates must read the given below section to get an idea regarding the whole AP ECET 2027 counseling procedure. 

1. Registration

• Visit the official website. 
• Then click on the link" sign up" by entering the required details.
• Select the spot admission and click on the link "derived Spot Vacancy".
• After that applicants have to click on the “Internal sliding candidates entry" and then enter the following details:

1. College code 
2. Institute code
3. AP ECET 2027 Admit Card no ticket no.

• Then click on “Get Detail” button.
• The candidate must note that data entered by the candidate will be verified by the officials.

2. Document Verification

After the registration process candidate has to bring the above mention documents to the counselling venue for verification.

3. Counselling Fee Payment

After the document verification candidate has to pay the counseling fee. Given below is the category-wise fee detail:

AP ECET 2027 Seat Allotment

AP ECET 2023 Seat Allotment will be done for those candidates who have registered for spot admission and the seats which are left will be filled by the management through different cases given below:

• Seat Allotment in another branch in the same college

If the authority is not able to run a course in a college, they will have to submit a letter and reallot the candidate into some other course in the same college if there are still vacancies left. For that, the candidate has to submit the written consent and also has to submit the list of re-allotment.

• Transfer of candidates to another college

If the authority is transferring all the candidates to another college than the candidates have to submit the consent and both the colleges have to submit No objection certificate (NOC) and submit the final list for verification.  NOC has to be submitted by the principal of colleges only. Chairman does not have to do the same.

Given below are the general instruction regarding the seat allotment:

• Candidates who will satisfy with their previous allotment of seats will not fill options once again. 
• Special reservation Category Candidates (Sports/NCC/CAP/PH) category candidates who have not gotten their Certificates verified earlier will have to get it verified at Govt. Polytechnic (Near Benz Circle) Vijayawada.
