Assam TET Syllabus 2022 is the most important thing an aspirant should know who is preparing for this examination. Assam TET Syllabus is released by Assam Department of Elementary Education (Assam DEE) and can be downloaded from their official websiteThe Assam TET (Teacher Eligibility Test) exam is held for the selection of deserving candidates at the post of lower and upper primary level teachers. For this, the Department holds a written test.
  • The aspirants must follow the syllabus while preparing for this written exam to ensure that they can score the maximum marks. One must also know the details mentioned in the Assam TET exam pattern, especially the marks distribution and negative marking criteria. .
  • The written exam, held in the online format, consists of multiple choice-based questions. The candidates can opt for the correct option from the provided four.
  • The papers for the upper and lower level teachers are held separately. There is no negative marking in the written exam for either paper according to the Assam TET exam pattern.

Assam TET 2022 Syllabus

The Assam TET 2022 syllabus has been decided by the Department to test the candidates thoroughly on all aspects. The main aspects needed for a primary teacher are child pedagogy and language skills. Along with this, the written exam also includes a section to test the basic mathematical and scientific knowledge of the candidates. Assam TET 2022 Exam Pattern

The Department has provided a separate Assam TET 2022 exam pattern for both the upper and lower level primary teachers. You can find the details in the table below.
  • The questions will be objective type.
  • There is no negative marking criterion.
  • The exam is divided into four sections out of which two are compulsory while others have options.
  • One will get 2 hours 30 minutes to attempt the exam.
