BSTC 2023 Counselling and registration will commence soon. There will be nearly four -five rounds for the counselling session after which admission will be given. Candidates will be allotted seats based on their performance in the test, choice of college submitted, etc. Candidates who are satisfied with the allotment will have to pay the fee before the last date. BSTC 2023 Counselling Process
Rajasthan BSTC 2023 counselling process will include the following steps:
Step 1: Online Registration
- Visit the official website of BSTC.
- Then click on the link "Student registration for college choice".
- Now enter the following details like:
- Roll number
- Counselling serial number
- Name
- Mother’s name
- Date of birth
- Payment option.
Candidate has to pay the amount of Rs 3000/ as a counselling fee- via e-Mitra, online payment mode, HDFC bank cash challan.
Step 2: Choice Filling
- After the Registration process candidate has to submit the choice of the college according to their preference.
- Candidate has to login to the website to submit the choice.
- Authority will also provide the following facility for the choice filling:
- Fill College Choice
- Update College Choice
- Lock College Choice
- Re-Print College Choice
Candidates are advised to fill the choices according to their priority.
Step 3: Seat Allotment
After Choice filling process candidate can book their seats in the college of their own choice.
Step 4: Deposit of Fee and Reporting
After completing all the norms and taking admission in college candidate has to pay the college fee and can start their studies.

- BSTC Result
- Counselling Call letter
- Admit Card
- Marksheets for class 10th and 12th
- Character Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Id Proof
- Passport size photographs of Candidate
- Self-attested Photocopies of above documents
