GITAM GAT PGT 2027 Application Form

The GITAM PGT 2027 application form is expected to be released in both online and offline mode. Candidates can check the below-given information related to GAT PGT registration 2027 in detail:

• The form has to be filled with all the relevant details like personal information, nationality and preferences in the test centre, etc. for the registration process.
• After successful completion of the registration of the application, an Application Number will be generated by the system, which should be used for completing the rest of the application.
• The candidate has to upload a photograph, signature & left-hand thumb impression as prescribed by the authority.
• The photo image should not be older than 3 months.
• JPEG format should be there for the photograph.
• The candidate has to submit the full payment to complete the GITAM entrance exam application form submission process.
• The applicant has to take out the print copy of the filled application form for further use.
• GITAM GAT will not be responsible for the loss or delay in receipt of the application form.

Offline Method:

The GITAM 2027 application form can be obtained by post from the Director-Admissions by sending a written request to them. Candidates are requested to mention their names with mailing address along with a DD for Rs 800/- in favour of  GITAM UNIVERSITY payable at Visakhapatnam 530045 through any of the following banks:

GITAM GAT PGT 2027 Application fee 

The candidate has to submit the GITAM GAT PGT Application Fee 2027 for the submission of the application form. Given below the category-wise application fee:

GITAM GAT PGT 2027 Preparation Tips

GITAM GAT PGT 2027 Slot Booking

• Must submit the information of application number, gender and date of birth while logging into the online booking system.
• Candidates are required to book their slots using the online slot booking system when it opens for the 2027 session. If any candidate does not book the slot on or before the last date, the system will automatically generate a date and time to appear for the examination.
• Please note that the online booking system will not allow the candidate to book the slot after the deadline.

GITAM GAT PGT 2027 Admit Card

• Candidates are advised to download their admit card for further process.
• The Gitam Admission Test PGT Hall ticket will not be sent by post.

GITAM GAT PGT 2027 Merit List 

The candidate  will be qualified for the counselling process only if they satisfy the GAT PGT 2027 merit list given by the university:

i) The merit position of the candidate for admission will be based on the rank obtained in GAT - 2027 subject to the rule of reservation as per UGC guidelines as applicable to GITAM. A candidate qualified in GAT - 2027 will be eligible for admission only if they fulfil the requirement of minimum marks in the qualifying examination as per the eligibility criteria.
ii) 25% of seats are reserved for the candidates from Karnataka State for admission at Bengaluru Campus.

GITAM GAT PGT 2027 Counseling Process

GITAM GAT PGT Counseling 2027 call letters must be downloaded after logging in by providing the details.

• The candidates must attend the counselling on the given date and time with original certificates and photocopies in person for the verification process.
• Seats will be allotted based on GATE /GITAM GAT PG TEST 2027 score by the candidates on their choice of course opted and by seat availability.
• The fee must be paid by the candidates who have been allotted the seats first.
