PU LEET 2022 Result will be announced in August 2022 tentatively. The exam will be conducted by Punjab University. Panjab University Lateral Entry Entrance Test is a State Level entrance exam conducted to offer admission to eligible candidates in lateral/direct entry to the second year of various Engineering courses. PU LEET 2022 Result

The PU LEET 2022 Rank card will be published at the official website by the conducting authority. The detailed information for the PU LEET 2022 result is mentioned below:

  • The Score Card and the marks obtained by the candidate will be available for download on the date announced by the authority
  • The merit list of the entrance exam will be prepared based on the performance of the applicants.
  • The authority will not send the rank card to an individual via post or via mail.
  • Rank card will be available on the official website.

PU LEET 2022 Result for All India 50% Quota Seats

The details can be checked below in the points for the All India Quota seats:
  • The score of only those applicants shall be declared under the All India 50% Quota list who will be eligible to participate in the All India PG counselling 2022 based on eligibility criteria provided by Directorate General of Health Services and Medical Counseling Committee  / MoHFW.
  • It is hereby clarified that a candidate may be eligible for admission to PG Medical Courses as per criteria mentioned in Cut-Off table but is not in the list of candidates eligible for counselling for All India 50% quota
    seats based on eligibility criteria provided by MCC/DGHS/MoHFW. However such applicants are eligible to be considered for counselling for State quota seats in accordance with applicable regulations, qualifying criteria, applicable guidelines and state reservation policies.
  • There is no provision for re-evaluation/re-totalling of the result/rechecking of the marks and no query in this regard will be entertained by the authorised body.

PU LEET 2022 Result for State Quota Seats

The details can be checked below in the points for the State Quota seats:
  • State quota seats in All Medical Institutions in a State and seats in Institutions established by State Govt.,  Universities established by an Act of State / Union Territory Legislature, Municipal Bodies Trust, Society, Company or Minority Institutions shall be filled by the merit list of NEET- PG only. No state government / private medical college/universities shall be conducting any entrance exam at their level.
  • NBE shall be providing only the data of candidates and their marks in PU LEET 2020 to the State Government / Counseling Authority without applying reservation criteria, eligibility criteria, etc of the concerned states. State category rank, State quota rank, a benefit for In-service candidates, rural posting (if applicable), etc shall be determined/generated by the designated agency/authority of the concerned States /UTs / concerned authority as per applicable Regulations, eligibility criteria, guidelines and applicable reservation policies.
  • The counselling seats under state Government will be filled by the concerned State Govt. according to the Gazette notification dated 31 July 2017.
Important NOTES - 
  • NBE does not prepare the merit list for any State quota seats / Private Medical College / Universities.
  • All states have different eligibility and reservation policies. Hence, Counseling authorities State Government / are requested to create their application form to determine the eligibility of the candidates for opting seats in the concerned state based on their eligibility criteria, reservation policies, the benefit to in-service candidates, benefit to candidates who have undergone rural/difficult area postings.
  • Candidates must verify from the respective State Government/Union Territories whether they are considered for admission to State Quota Post Graduate seats/Institute Pool based on applicable Regulation and/or domicile
    criteria, State/ Institute of Graduation, reservation policy etc. Merely appearing/passing in PU LEET 2022 does not make a candidate qualified and/or eligible for State Quota Seats/ admission to Private Universities & Institutes.

PU LEET 2022 Tie-Breaking Rules

When two or more candidates obtaining the same marks, the merit position shall be determined using the following tie-breaker criteria in descending order:
  • Candidate having lesser number of negative responses in all paper (Part A+ Part B+ Part C) will be given priority.
  • Aspirant obtaining higher marks in Part C of the PU LEET question paper will be given more preference.
  • Candidate having lesser number of negative responses in part C of PU LEET question paper will be given priority.
  • Applicant obtaining higher marks in Part B of the question paper of PU LEET will be given preference.
  • Candidate having lesser number of negative responses in PU LEET - Part B Question paper will be placed at a better merit position.
  • The student obtaining higher marks in Part A of the question paper will be given preference over one obtaining lower marks.
  • Candidate having lesser number of negative responses in Part A of the question paper will be placed at a better merit position.
  • The older candidate will be placed at a better merit position than the younger ones.

Step 1 - Visit the official website
Step 2 - Click on the link given to check the result on the home page.
Step 3 - Enter the login credentials which will be asked to get the scorecard.
Step 4 - After the result gets open the candidates can download the rank card.
Step 5 - Get the printout of the result for further process.

PU LEET 2022 Merit List

This is the overall merit position of the candidate amongst all the candidates who have appeared in the PU LEET 2020. The details for the merit list can be checked below in the given points:
  • All India 50% quota rank: This is the overall merit position of the candidate amongst all the candidates who have appeared in the PU LEET 2022 entrance exam for All India 50% quota and is valid only for All India 50% quota MD/MS/Post Graduate Diploma Courses (2022 admission session) only.
  • All India 50% quota Category Rank:  Merit position of the candidate in the category (OBC/SC/ST) as opted by the candidate in the PU LEET 2022 for All India 50% quota.
