(1). Photo-copy of the statements of marks of the qualifying examination passed, if applicable (which is required for the eligibility).
(2). Photo-copy of caste certificate in case Reserved category candidates if applicable.
3). Photo-copy of the Non-creamy level certificate in case reserved category (OBC/ DTNT/ EWS/SEBC/ Women) candidates if applicable.
(4). Photo-copy of the Medical certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon in case of ‘Person with -disabilities (P.H.)’ candidates if applicable.
- The candidates are not required to submit a final print out copy of application form/ documents to the University after online submission of application. However, they must submit the original documents to the respective Department at time of admission.
- Candidates’ incomplete application without uploading required documents & submitted after the last date will be rejected without assigning any reason & thereafter, no correspondence will be entertained by the University.

The candidates who successfully registered themselves will be able to download the Savitribai Phule Pune University Admit Card, five days before the online entrance exam. In order to download the hall ticket, the candidate must use their “Login Id & Password” of the application form. Once the admit card is downloaded, the candidate must check it carefully, since it consists of important information related to the examination.
