TS ECET Counselling 2023: Dates announced; Spot round Registration begins from September 4

The counselling process is divided into two phases:

• Phase 1: This phase is for government quota seats. The provisional rank list for government quota seats was released on June 13, 2023. The web option entry for phase 1 counselling will be held from July 29 to August 1, 2023.
• Phase 2: This phase is for management quota seats. The provisional rank list for management quota seats will be released on August 8, 2023. The web option entry for phase 2 counselling will be held from August 10 to 15, 2023.

TS ECET Counselling 2023 Update

Here are the details for TS ECET 2023 spot round counselling:

1. Registration Date: Registration for the TS ECET 2023 spot round will begin on September 4 and end on September 5, 2023.
2. Processing Fee: Candidates who have qualified TS ECET 2023 and secured 44.5% and above (OC) or 39.5% and above (SC, ST, BC) in diploma or BSc will need to pay a processing fee of Rs 1,300. Those who have not qualified TS ECET 2023 are required to pay Rs 2,100 for spot round admissions.
3. Eligibility Criteria: Vacancies will be filled first with candidates who have qualified TS ECET 2023 and meet the specified percentage criteria based on their category. If vacancies are still available, candidates who have passed the diploma or BSc exam with the specified percentage criteria for their category will be considered.
4. Documents Verification: Candidates should present all original certificates for spot admission verification. After verification, the original certificates will be returned to the candidate, but a set of Xerox copies of certificates and the original transfer certificate (T.C) will need to be submitted at the college.

Please ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria and have the necessary documents for the spot round of TS ECET counselling. Tuition fee reimbursement is not applicable to candidates admitted through the spot round.

• A valid TS ECET 2023 scorecard
• A copy of their class 10, 11, and 12 mark sheets
• A copy of their community certificate (if applicable)
• A copy of their nativity certificate
• A copy of their passport-sized photograph
