CEPTAM Registration Process- DRDO stands for Defence Research and Development Organization, and its main purpose is to develop cutting-edge technologies for militaries. Its headquarters are in New Delhi. It also begins a national examination to choose efficient and talented experts for a number of junior research positions.

DRDO CEPTAM MTS Recruitment Selection Process

Tier–I (Screening) and Tier–II (Final Selection) of the selection procedure will be explained in the official notification. Tiers I and II will be administered using computer-based testing (CBT). There will be no deductions for incorrect answers. The examination will be conducted in Hindi and English.

Tier-I (Screening)

  • The Tier-I (CBT) score can be standardised if necessary.
  • Tier I comprises solely of objective multiple choice questions.
  • The Tier-I test is used to screen candidates.
  • Provisional selection will be made based on the candidate's performance in the Tier-I examination, which will be determined by the candidate's post/category/sub-category.
  • Tier-I candidates must have a minimum score of 40% for UR/ESM/OBC candidates and 35% for SC/ST candidates.
  • Tier-II interviews will be held for the candidates who have been shortlisted.

Tier-II (Final Selection)

  • Only objective type multiple choice questions will be included in Tier II.
  • There will be no deductions for incorrect answers.
  • Tier-II is reserved for the final round of selection.
  • In a ratio of 1:10, candidates will be shortlisted for Tier-II examinations depending on their performance in Tier-I. (number. of vacancy: number.of shortlisted candidates)
  • Depending on the needs of the company, this ratio may rise or fall.
  • The last contender in the bracket with the same Tier-I score will also be considered.
  • The candidates' performance in Tier-II will determine their merit and final selection.
Verification of documents
  • At the time of joining, the responsible Laboratory/Establishment will conduct a document verification of the provisionally shortlisted individuals.

DRDO CEPTAM 2022: A & A Selection Process Post

Tier–I (CBT) and Tier–II (Trade/Skill/Physical Fitness and Capability Test, when applicable) will be used in the selection process, according to the official notice.

Tier-I

  • Provisional selection is Tier-I.
  • The Tier-I (CBT) score can be standardised if necessary.
  • Only objective type multiple choice questions will be included in Tier I (CBT).
  • The examinations will include a syllabus that corresponds to the EER and OER requirements for the postcode.
  • The exam will be conducted in Hindi and English.
  • Tier-I applicants must get a minimum score of 40% for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and 35% for SC/ST candidates.

Tier-II

  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take the prescribed Trade/Skill/Physical Fitness and Capability Tests as per the norms, if applicable. Tier-II (Trade/Skill/Physical Fitness and Capability Test, if applicable) is a qualifying test.
  • Candidates will be provisionally shortlisted in a 1:12 ratio based on Tier-I examination merit.
Verification of documents
  • At the time of document verification, the original certificates for EER and other necessary papers will be inspected.
  • At the time of document verification, all required certifications must be presented in original; otherwise, the candidates' candidature would be revoked.
  • At any point during the recruitment process, candidates may be asked to present original documents/certificates for forensic expert/issuing authority verification of their authenticity.
