HITSEEE 2027 Eligibility Criteria

 Before filling the application form, candidates can check the given below points for the details of the HITSEEE 2027 Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicant should be between 17-19 years at the time of the application.
• The applicants must have cleared HSC from a recognized board or university.
• The applicants must also have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their exam.

Eligibility Criteria for HITSEEE 2027 B.tech Course

• Applicant must have cleared 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Applicants must have Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Biology Technical Vocational subjects.
• General category applicants must have a minimum score of 50% in their examination whereas, candidates belonging to the reserved category must have 45% marks in the above subjects taken together with a minimum of 60% in Mathematics.

OR

• The candidate must have cleared any other examination from the recognized university or authority.

Applicants who want to join the first year of (Engineering & Technology courses) must have studied General Certificate of Education (GCE), Cambridge International Examinations and must have obtained Advanced Level passes in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Mathematics and English at AS (Advanced Subsidiary) level.

The minimum qualification must be at least a minimum aggerate of 55% with physics, chemistry, biology as compulsory subjects.

Candidate must have completed their 10+2 with at least 60% score or must have cleared an equivalent examination with Mathematics / Business Mathematics as one of the subjects. 

OR

They must have completed a 3-year diploma (10+3) which is recognized by central / state government with Mathematics / Business Mathematics as a subject with at least 50% aggregate.

OR

The candidate must have qualified for any other equivalent exam of any university or authority accepted by this University as an equivalent of plus two. 

OR

B.Arch. course applicants including NRI / Foreign Nationals will have to give the Aptitude test conducted by the Council of Architecture (NATA) and must score at least 80 marks out of 200 marks.

• Candidates who are appearing in their 10+2 will not be eligible to apply for the exam.
• Only Indian Nationals and those who have done their Plus two / HSC in Schools in India are eligible to apply for Online Entrance Exam Registration. 
• Foreign Nationals / NRIs do not need to give the online entrance exam.

Candidates satisfying the following rules will be eligible for admission to Second-year Lateral Entry B.Tech. Degree Courses :

Candidates must have at least 50% of marks in any one of the Diploma in the appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology of the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Tamilnadu / equivalent prescribed for admission to the Degree Course.

Candidates must have 50% marks in any recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Science of minimum 3 years duration with 10+2+3 years pattern and studied Mathematics at +2 level or studied Mathematics as core or ancillary subjects at B.Sc. level alone are eligible for admission to B.Tech. Degree Course.
