• Candidates should carry the hard copies of the admit cards along with an ID proof. Softcopy of the admit card is not allowed. 
• Candidate shall carry the following things with them on the day of written examination along with the admit card and those are – blue ball pen, lead pencil, 12 shades colour pencil set, erases, sharpeners, pair of scissors, glue, scale/rulers, water/poster colours, brushes and bowls for water. No other materials except those specified here will be allowed inside the examination hall.
• Candidates should carefully check the date of the examination.
• Candidates should look up the venue of the examination properly and locate it to avoid inconvenience at the last moment.
• The candidate must arrive at the online examination centre 45 minutes before the commencement of the examination. 
• Candidates will not be able to enter the centre after 15 minutes of the commencement of the examination.
• A seat indicating Hall Ticket number will be allocated to each candidate. Candidates should find out and occupy their allotted seats only.
• Applicants should preserve their admit cards for future use.
