RPVT 2023 will be conducted for admission to B.V.Sc and A.H. Degree Courses by Rajasthan University and Veterinary and Animal Science. RPVT 2023 Application Form

The aspirants will get admissions on the basis of the RPVT 2023 Entrance exam to B.V.Sc. & A. H. Course courses, in affiliated Veterinary colleges of Rajasthan. There will be 30 seats in each college.  Applicants should ensure their eligibility before filling the application form. The applicant has to submit the application fee before submitting the application form.

  • The candidates can fill the form online on the official website of the Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences.
  • They have to click on the New Registration to register themselves.
  • Then the candidates need to fill all the required details in the application and Upload all the documents.
  • Furthermore, the candidates need to pay the online Application Fee which can be filled through online mode only.
  • After Filling all the details and making the application form fee, the Application form is complete.
  • candidates are advised to take a printout of the application form and save the same for further use.

RPVT 2023 Application Fee

Fee details can be checked hereunder. Before making the payment candidates should assure that the details are correct in the form as fee once paid will not be refunded.

  • Application fees for all the categories are Rs. 3,000
  • Late fee for all the categories is Rs. 6,000.
  • Mode of Payment: Candidate can pay the application fee via Debit Card/Credit Card/ Netbanking.

RPVT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Age: The applicant must have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission. Applicants attaining seventeen years on 1st of January of the succeeding year or later will not be eligible. And there will be maximum age must be 25 years. For SC/STOBC candidates, there will be 5 years of relaxation.

Educational qualifications:

The applicants must have passed the Senior Secondary examination with Medical stream conducted by a Statutory Board under 10+2 pattern in all the compulsory subjects including English and optional subjects of Science Biology Group (Physics, Chemistry and Biology).

The applicant must have obtained a minimum of 50 per cent marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English at the above-mentioned qualifying examination. For SC/ST candidates, there is a relaxation of 10 % and for physically handicapped candidates of the general unreserved category, this percentage will be 5%.

 Other Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidate has studied for the last three years of qualifying examination continuously as a regular candidate in a recognized institution in Rajasthan.


  • Natural Father /Mother of the applicant who has continuously resided in Rajasthan for at least 10 years and the candidate has studied for at least
  • 5 years during this period in a recognized educational institution in Rajasthan.


  • The candidates are bonafide residents of Rajasthan but are studying in other states.


  • The candidate is the Son/ Daughter of a serving or retired employee of- Government of Rajasthan including the officer of All India Services on the State Cadre of Rajasthan.

Marking scheme

  • Marks for correct answer: +4 will be awarded for each correct answer
  • Marks for wrong/ negative answer: -1 will be deducted for each wrong answer

RPVT 2023 Admit Card

Applicants who will apply for RPVT 2023 and pay the fee on time will only get the admit card.

  • It is a very significant document to carry on exam day.
  • Applicants can download it, as per the schedule released by RAJUVAS.
  • Applicants must download the admit card from the official website and take two prints out of admit card.
  • The candidate must bring the hard copy of admit card at the examination hall.

How to download RPVT 2023 Admit Card?

  1. The applicant needs to visit the official website.
  2. Applicants must navigate the site and find the which says “RPVT 2023 admit card”
  • Click on the admit card and enter the required details to sign in.
  1. After filling required information, the applicants admit card appears on the display.
  2. Print admit card on A4 size paper and bring this to the exam centre on the day of the exam.

RPVT 2023 Result

Rajasthan Pre Veterinary Test (RPVT 2023) result will be released online on the official website. An applicant who will appear in the examination can check their result online by visiting the official website. The result will be declared after the successful completion of the entrance test.

Rules for Breaking the tie

  1. A student who will secure more marks in science Biology group subjects at the senior secondary (10+2) examination.
  2. Applicants securing an equal mark in the Science Biology group subjects at the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination, preference in order will be given to the applicant who has qualified this qualifying examination in the lesser number of attempts.
  3. If there is further tie, preference in order will be to the candidate who has secured more marks in secondary school examination or its equivalent recognized examination.

RPVT 2023 Counselling

Candidates eligible for admission based on the merit of the entrance test in their respective categories shall be called for Counselling by the Central UG Admission Board for admission to B.V.Sc. & A.H. programme. The candidate found unsuitable by the Central UG Admission Board will be rejected.

Documents required for verification at the time of RPVT Counselling

The candidates must bring compulsorily following original documents for verification on the day of counselling as well as on the day of reporting for admission formalities in the respective Veterinary College along with their two sets of attested photocopies and any other document if mentioned in counselling notification:

  • Four recent colour photos as pasted in the entrance test Application form with the name and date of taking photograph.
  • Admit card of the entrance test.
  • Marks sheet of the entrance test.
  • Mark sheet of Senior Secondary Examination.
  • Mark sheet and Certificate of Secondary Examination for proof of age.
  • Character certificate issued from the last attended college/school.
  • Domicile certificate of Rajasthan.
  • Caste certificate.
  • The candidate claiming admission under physically handicapped.


  • The relevant certificates needed to decide eligibility will have to be furnished by the candidate.
  • The residence certificate wherever required will have to be duly signed by the competent authority with the official seal.
  • Admission of candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the University / Board of the state other than Rajasthan will be provisional till the Eligibility certificate is issued by the University, after fulfilling the requirement by the candidate.
  • All the candidates provisionally admitted B.V.Sc. & A.H. course programme by the Central Undergraduate Admission Board will have to undergo a Medical check-up for physical fitness. The admission of the candidate found unsuitable in this medical examination will be cancelled.

After the declaration of the closure of admission, no admission will be given even if any seat remains/ falls vacant due to reason whatsoever.
