Students can apply online for the Vinoba Bhave Civil Institute of Medical Science Nursing Entrance Exam online. The admission will be organised by Director of Health and Medical Services, Dadar and Nagar Haveli for BSc. Nursing admission into its nursing colleges. Applications will be invited for admissions into 4 years BSc. and 2 years MSC. Nursing course once a year at the state level. VBCH Nursing Entrance Exam 2024 Application Form

The details regarding the VBCH 2024 Application form are given below:

• VBCH 2024 Application form will release in online mode.
• Candidates will be able to fill the application form through the official website.
• The applicants who wish to take admission for B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing is required to register for the entrance exam from the official website. MSc. Nursing aspirants can also go to the official website of VNGSU.
• The application form would require basic details like education specifications, personal information, and correspondence details etc.
• The candidate would be required to upload a scanned photograph of himself/herself along with a scanned copy of their signature.
• After carefully filling the application form, the candidate has to click on ‘’submit the form” and proceed to fee payment.
• The application fee can only be paid online through net banking/debit card/ credit card
• Candidates are required to print the application form for further use.

• The matriculation mark sheet and Passing Certificate of high school including the page which mentions the date of birth
• Mark sheet and passing certificate of (10+2) / Intermediate/ICSC/ Pre-degree examination (10+2) or an equivalent 12 years schooling from a recognized board or university
• Recent colour passport size photograph

VBCH Nursing Entrance Exam 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The details regarding the VBCH Nursing 2020 exam are given below:

B.Sc. Nursing

• The minimum age for admission is 17 years as on before 31st December 2020 and the maximum age is up to 35 years, as of 31 December 2020.
• Minimum educational requirement: Candidate should have a passed Senior School Certificate Examination (10+2), Pre-degree Examination (10+2) OR should have done 12 years schooling from a recognized board or university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English.
• Applicant should have passed in the subjects of PCB[ Physics, Chemistry, Biology] and English individually and must have a minimum of 45% marks in total for PCB at 10+2 examination.
• Candidates from SC/ST or other backward classes should have 40% marks obtained in PCB.
• Candidates with 40 % to 50% of lower extremity disability can also apply.
• Female candidates are only eligible to apply.
• The candidate should be medically fit. (All candidates who will report for counselling are required to submit a Certificate of Medical Fitness from Registered Medical Practitioner.)
• Implementation of changes about admission process/selection criteria etc. will be incorporated as per INC and University notification issued from time to time

M.Sc. Nursing

• The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council
• Minimum educational requirements: Candidate should have passed Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council
• Minimum one year of work experience after completion of Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• The candidates who have a qualified B. B.Sc.(N) from IGNOU through distance education are not eligible for M.Sc.(N) programme if the study centres are not recognized by INC[ Indian Nursing Council]
• Minimum one year of work experience after course completion of GNM or Post Basic B. Sc. Nursing.
• Only Female candidates can apply for admission to the course.
• The candidate should be medically fit. (All candidates who will report for counselling are required to submit a Certificate of Medical Fitness from Registered Medical Practitioner.
• Candidates from SC/ST category would be given 5% relaxation.
• Candidates with 40 % to 50% of lower extremity disability can also apply for admission.

VBCH Nursing Entrance Exam 2024 Admit Card

The details regarding the VBCH Nursing 2024 Admit card are given below:

• The admit card for the VBCH 2024 Entrance examination for BSc and MSc Nursing will release in online mode.
• Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official website.
• Candidates who have successfully registered for the exam can download the admit card 5 days before the entrance examination.
• A hard copy of the admit card would be required to gain entry into the exam centres and also during the counselling process.
• Without the admit card, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

VBCH Nursing Entrance Exam 2024 Result

The candidate would be able to see their marks just after the completion of their computer-based test or within 24 hours in the official website. The merit list will be released by the VBCH on their official website after 10 days from the date of the entrance examination.
