The candidate can apply for admission online on the official website of the Galgotias university
- After the application form is filled correctly by the candidates, submit button can be clicked on after which the candidate will be directed to the payment gateway
- The fee of the application form is Rs. 650/- from any debit/credit card of any bank. Once deposited will not be refunded.
- After the payment is done, a unique ID will be generated for the candidate which can be used throughout the admission procedure
- An SMS which is auto-generated will be sent to the e-mail address and mobile number of the candidate

The Galgotias University offers scholarships to meritorious students and those who are excellent in other fields as well
- The scholarship is offered on the basis of the score in the qualifying examination as well in the entrance exam which is conducted by the university
- 100% fee waiver for toppers in all boards, 50% fee waiver for a student who score up to rank 4000 in IIT-JEE, 50% fee waiver for students who score up to a rank of 100 in AIEEE/UPSEE, 25% fee waiver for students who secure 93% marks in 10+2, 20% fee waiver for students who score up to 5000 rank in AIEEE and 70 percentile in CAT
- The scholarship is offered to students on the basis of excellence in sports and the scholarships are offered on the basis of the performance of candidates from the second year onwards for a period of 1 year
- The scholarship is also offered to the poverty-stricken as well as differently-abled students on the basis of their performance in the qualifying examination
