GOA ITI ADMISSIONS Basic Information

Goa Industrial Training Institute(ITI) is conducted by Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship(DSDE), Government of Goa. The mission of DSDE is to rapidly scale up skill development efforts in Goa by creating an end to end, outcome-focused implementation framework which aligns the demands of their employees. The schedule regarding the admission in ITI is to be released by DSDE on its official website. Admission in ITI Goa will be done based on the merit list that will be released by DSDE. Documents/Items required to fill Goa ITI 2020 application form
Following are the list of documents that will be required by candidates at the time of filling the application form.
Application Fee Structure
The fee structure of the application form is mentioned in the given below table.
|All BBT and Advanced modules(COE)||Rs 2500/-|
|All other trades(CTS)||Rs 2500/-|
Note: Those SC or ST candidates whose family income is less than Rs 3 lakh are exempted from the fee.
Mode of fee payment
The fee of the application form has to be paid by any of the following online modes.
Note: Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Candidates are advised to download the application form after checking the eligibility criteria. The basic eligibility criteria of candidates that is same for all trades are mentioned below.
|Nationality||A candidate must be a citizen of India.|
|Age limit||A candidate's age must not be less than 14 years as on 1 August 2020 for ITI and 18 years of age for driver cum mechanic trade. There is no upper age limit.|
|Domicile||Candidate must have a domicile certificate of Goa State.|
|Qualifications||Candidate must be passed in 10th class examination from any recognized board of Goa or any other equivalent.|
|Medical fitness certificate||Candidate must have the medical fitness certificate|
The eligibility criteria of candidates other than the above as per the trade are listed in the given below table.
|Information and Communication Technology System Maintenance||Candidate must be passed in 10th class with Science and Maths as their compulsory subjects under 12th system of Education.|
|Turner||Candidate must be passed in 10th Class with Science and Mathematics under 12th system of Education or in its equivalent.|
|Wireman||Candidate must be passed in 10th class.|
|Plumber||Candidate must be passed in 10th class under 12th system of education.|

ITI is spread in the whole country and is owned by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. ITI Goa is managed by Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. ITI is currently offering admission to candidates in its 28 Engineering and Non-engineering trades. Every ITI is governed by an Institute Management Committee(IMC) headed by a prominent industrialist. IMC is acting as an effective feedback mechanism for continuous improvement in our training standard.
