The application form for NMAT 2019 is available from 03 July 2018. NMAT is a University Level Entrance Examination which takes place for offering admissions to the management programs such as MBA or other management courses in India. GMAC (Graduate Management Admission Council) organizes NMAT 2019. The 23 B-Schools and various institutions such as NMIMS, Xavier School of Rural Management, MISB Bocconi, and others provide these management programs. The application forms are released in the middle of the earlier year while the exam takes place at the beginning of the year. This process takes up to almost a whole year to complete its admission process. The results will be declared in January 2019. Exact details about the exam can be found below in the dates section.

NMAT Latest Structure & Features

  • The NMAT by GMAC™ exam is a computer-based exam.
  • Each candidate gets a randomly generated test from a pool of questions, delivered one-at-a-time.
  • The number of questions, difficulty levels, and the time limit for each of the sections are predetermined and, under normal administration conditions, are the same regardless of when and where the test is administered.

Application Form for NMAT 2019

Choosing a date, time and location of your convenience: A long testing window allows candidates to choose a convenient test date. The 75-day test window opens the first week of October and extends through the third week of December.

Self-scheduling: Applicants can choose the test appointment date, time and location in real-time based on the availability of seats at each test centre.

Register for the NMAT by GMAC™ exam from mobile – allowing you to register anytime and anywhere.

How to apply for NMAT by GMAC?

  1. The application form for NMAT 2019 will be available through online mode on the official website.
  2. There is no offline option available for filling NMAT 2019 Application Form.
  3. The aspirants can register themselves for the examination from 4 July 2018 to 3 October 2018.
  4. The candidates need to create their new account using their valid email address.
  5. The students should provide all their personal details such as contact information, academic details, and work experience.
  6. The aspirants must choose schools to send their scores. They can select a maximum of seven courses.
  7. The applicants have to upload their recent photograph in a JPEG format and submit the fee.
  8. The exam schedule will be available after the completion of payment so that the candidates can proceed further and schedule the examination.

Application Fee

The candidates can make payment of application form fee through Master Card / Visa Card / Debit Card / American Express / Diners Club / Internet Banking / Mobile Wallets. The applicants should make the Demand Draft in favour of Graduate Management Global Connection (India) Private Limited payable at Gurgaon. Such applicants who pay the application form fee through Demand Draft need to send it to the below address.

NMAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria

MBA (Mumbai Campus) The candidates must be in possession of Bachelor’s Degree (10 + 2 + 3 / 4) in any stream from a recognized University. N.A. The candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
MBA HR (Mumbai Campus) The candidates must be in possession of Bachelor’s Degree (10 + 2 + 3 / 4) in any stream from a recognized University.

Appearing candidates are also eligible for application.

N.A. The candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
MBA Pharmaceutical Management (Mumbai Campus) The candidates must be in possession of Bachelor’s Degree (10 + 2 + 3 / 4) or Post Graduate Degree or B.E. / B. Tech. / Bio. Medical / Bio. Tech. in any stream from a recognized University.

The candidates who work in Pharmaceutical Company and have more than two years of work experience are also eligible to apply.

Appearing candidates are also eligible for application.

The applicants need to pass Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, MBBS, BDS, Life Sciences, Science, BHMS, BAMS, B. Sc., and M. Sc. in Biotechnology or Post Graduation in Economics, Psychology, and Sociology. The aspirants must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor Degree or Post Graduation Degree.
PGDM (Bangalore Campus and Hyderabad Campus) The candidates must be in possession of Bachelor’s Degree (10 + 2 + 3 / 4) in any stream from a recognized University.

Appearing candidates are also eligible for application.

N.A. The candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.

 

GMAC NMAT 2019 Paper Pattern

The NMAT by GMAC™ examination has three sections – Language Skills, Quantitative Skills and Logical Reasoning. The three sections of the NMAT Examination are individually timed. Candidate must answer the questions and review the answers of each section within the given time. Candidates must review their answers before moving to another section of the exam, as once the candidate closes out of a section, all answers are considered final.
