NIOS ODE 2021 Exam for Secondary and Senior secondary courses Registration will start from 02 August. The exam will commence on 17 August. National Institute of Open Schooling has been working on the concept of On-Demand Examination (ODE) at the Secondary Level since 2003. The exams were earlier postponed due to rising cases of the Noval Coronavirus. On qualifying for this exam the candidates will be enrolled to Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Science & Technology, Social Science, Economics, Business Studies, Home Science, Psychology, etc. The Question Paper will be in English and Hindi Medium Only. NIOS ODE 2021 Exam Registration

Before applying applicants are advised to ensure the eligibility criteria for the On-demand exam. We have enlisted a few important points which are to be kept in mind while applying:

  • Aspirants should fill the application form online on the official website of the National Institute of Open Schooling.
  • Each and every detail should be valid and correct to receive the admit card.
  • Multiple forms should not be submitted as it may lead to the cancellation of all the forms, hence the cancellation of candidature.
  • Fee should be deposited in the available mode only.
  • Once the form will be submitted download it and get the printout of it for future reference.

How to Apply for NIOS ODE 2021?

Students can follow the simple step-by-step process listed below, in order to register for the NIOS ODE 2021.

  1. Visit www.nios.ac.in (NIOS Website) i.e. https://www.nios.ac.in/
  2. Under the head, On-Demand Examination Click upon the Registration for Examination only for existing learners (at the bottom).
  3. Give the asked detail like Enrolment Number
  4. Thereafter click the Submit button (The registration is valid only for those students who have already taken admission)
  5. After that, the registration form will appear where the candidates need to Register for the Examination. Here they will have the choice of Selecting Exam Centre.
  6. After submitting the form make the payment.
  7. Aspirants must note that if the application does not reach within 5 days then the registration for the Examination will be cancelled and also the examination fees will not be refunded.

NIOS ODE 2021 Registration Fees

For Secondary and Sr. Secondary (Rs. 500/- per subject + Rs. 200/- for subject involving practical.) The fee can be submitted only via online mode. Also, the amount once deposited will not be refunded in any case, hence candidates must make sure that the form is being submitted following all the criteria.

NIOS ODE 2021 Exam Pattern

NIOS ODE 2021 Question Paper will be in English and Hindi Medium Only, However, the Regional Medium candidates who want to appear via ODE will have a choice of Answering the Question Paper in the respective Regional Medium and no Regional Medium Question Paper will be provided in On-Demand Examination.

Question Paper of the ODES Sr. Secondary and Secondary will be based on the new syllabus only except for the subject of Sr. Sec. of Common Core Curriculum.

NIOS ODE 2021 Exam Result & Certification

After due processing, the ODES result will be declared and published through NIOS web site.

  • ODE mark sheet and other documents will be printed only for overall pass candidates by M&M unit and will be sent to the concerned Regional Centre for dispatch to the individual candidate.
  • The other candidates wanting mark sheet will have to apply online through E-service and a fee for the same is Rs. 200/- to be submitted via online mode.
  • “Re-Checking” or “Re-Evaluation” is allowed in case of ODES also. The candidate may apply to Director (Evaluation) for this on the prescribed proforma available on the official website.
