JEE Advanced 2020 is the Second Phase of the National Level Joint engineering entrance exam. Every year one IIT from the seven Zonal Coordinating IITs conducts JEE Advanced Examination (Under Joint Admission Board). For the upcoming 2020 session, the exam will be conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Candidates aspiring to take admission into the IIT’s, which are the most prestigious engineering colleges in the country will have to appear for JEE Advanced. Also, the applicants need to write JEE Main (Paper 1) Examination in order to qualify for JEE Advanced Exam. Only those deserving candidates who cross the minimum cutoff set by the conducting body will be able to sit for JEE Advanced 2020. The minimum cutoff for this year’s JEE Advance exam is released by IIT Kanpur. The candidate must be among the top 2,24,000 students (including all categories) to be eligible for the exam.   • First of all, the candidates should read the information brochure carefully before filling the JEE Advanced 2020 Application form.
  • Also, the applicants should check carefully whether he/she fulfils the required eligibility criteria. They can get the eligibility criteria in the Information Brochure of JEE Main.
  • Then the candidates will have to register through the online portal in between April 2020 and May 2020. Candidates can also register in May with late submission fees.

  1. The applicant will have to log in with their JEE Mains Registration ID:
    • The language of Question Paper
    • Preference for cities for examination
    • Mobile Number/Landline Number
  2. Candidates will then have to upload the scanned copies of the required documents.
    1. Class 10th Certificate or birth certificate.
    2. Class 12th
    3. OBC-NCL Certificate in case the student belongs to that category.
    4. SC or ST certificate in case the student belong to that category.
    5. Other categories will also have to submit their proof.
    6. Candidates who have given class 12th examination outside India will have to submit a certificate from the Association of Indian Universities stating that their examination was equivalent to the Class 12th
  3. Finally, the candidates will have to pay the required registration fees. Further, they can pay the fees using an online or offline method. Once the application fees are paid it is neither refundable or transferable.

Note: Candidates who are visually impaired, dyslexic or having any genuine problem will be provided with the services of a scribe or a helper. They will have to send a request to the Chairman, JEE (Advanced), along with the relevant certificate.

      You will have to fill the JEE Advanced Form after you give the JEE Main Examination.
      Some of the details such as Aadhaar Card details will be directly taken from the JEE Main Application Form and you will have to fill the remaining.

      PS: You will have to be in the top 2, 20, 000 students in JEE Main to appear in JEE Advanced.
