ITSAT 2020: ATIT Application Form (Till 20 April), Eligibility, Syllabus


ITSAT 2020 or  Admission Test for ICFAI Tech (ATIT) Application form can be submitted until 20 April 2020. The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad conducts the ITSAT 2020 exam. ITSAT is a University level entrance exam conducted every year to provide admissions into Engineering courses in the branch of Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Computer, Electronics-Communication and Civil Engineering. Furthermore, admission is offered in five branches and seven colleges under this university. Admission is granted solely based on merit. The application form has been released on 07 November 2019.  The ITSAT 2020 exam will be held from 25 April – 10 May 2020 in Online mode. ITSAT 2020 Application Form

  • The application form has been released in online mode.
  • Candidates can fill the form through the official website.
  • The last date to submit the application form is 20 April 2020.
  • Candidates may fill the details correctly as no correction facility will be provided.
  • Candidates may upload the documents in the prescribed format while filling the application

How to Apply for ITSAT 2020?

The ITSAT Application form 2020 can be filled in online mode as well as offline mode. The steps for both the methods is given below:

Online Method:

The procedure to fill the ITSAT 2020 Application form in the online mode is given below.

  • Visit the official website i.e.
  • Click on the link “Apply Now”.
  • Fill in the required details.
  • After successfully filling the application form, applicants will get their registration ID number for the exam.
  • Applicants, now have to upload their passport size photograph (4.5cm*3.5cm) and signature in JPEG format.
  • The size of the file should be between 40Kb – 50Kb.
  • Once the applicant has submitted the duly filled application form, no changes will be allowed in the application form.
  • Candidates can also track their application through the login window by entering their login details.
  • Aspirants can pay through the online medium like Credit card or Net Banking.
  • There is no need to send the application form to the exam conducting body.

Offline Method:

The procedure to fill the ITSAT 2020 Application form in the offline mode is given below.

  • Candidates must download the ITSAT 2020 Application Form from the website. They can fill the form and send it to the Admissions office along with the DD of INR 500/-.
  • Send the application and DD (“IFHE – Prospectus Fee A/c ITSAT 2020” payable at Hyderabad) through speed post or courier to the below-mentioned address:
  • The application form of ITSAT 2020 will be available by the institute in both online and offline mode.
  • Candidates have to fill the necessary information in ITSAT 2020 application form and submit it before the last official date.
  • Candidates can apply by filling the Application form and make the payment of application fee.

Eligibility Criteria ATIT Exam – ICFAI Tech School Admission Test

Candidates can check the Eligibility Criteria of ATIT Exam from the details mentioned below:

  • Candidate should have passed the 12th board exams with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.

5 Minimum Marks Candidate must have score minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
6 Appearing candidates Candidates who are appearing in their qualifying exam can also apply.
7 Candidates must have completed his total of 12 years of schooling.

ICFAI ITSAT 2020 Exam Pattern

Slot Booking

The details regarding the ITSAT 2020 Slot booking is given below:

  • After successfully filling the application form, candidates are required to book the slots for the examination by filling their Application Number and Date of Birth to fill the sections of Username and Password respectively.
  • It provides an opportunity for candidates to choose the date, time and venue for the examination as per their preferences.
  • Without booking the slots, the Admit card will not be issued to the candidates and ultimately they will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
  • The last date for slot booking is 20 April 2020.

Steps for VITEEE Slot Booking

The procedure for VITEEE slot booking is given below:

  • Visit the official website of the authority.
  • Click on slot booking.
  • Login using the login id and password.
  • Click on submit button and slot booking page will be opened.
  • Select the city and test centre from the dropdown menu.
  • Select the date and time.
  • Verify the details before booking the slot.
  • Click on the confirm button to book the slot.
  • After booking, the candidate may print the Slot allotted.

ICFAI University Admit Card

The details regarding the ICFAI University admit card is given below:

  • The ITSAT admit card will be released in online mode.
  • Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the official website.
  • Candidates can download the admit card after slot booking.
  • Once the slot is booked, an email containing the ATIT Hall ticket/ Admit card is sent to the candidate’s registered e-mail ID.
  • The aspirants need to download & print 2-3 copies of admit card for future reference.
  • On the day of the exam, candidates are required to bring a photo-identity along with the admit card. And, candidates must carry an original of either passport, Aadhar card, voter ID, college ID or an authorised affidavit with photo, signature, date of birth and residential address.
  • Also, a candidate should check the name appearing on the photo ID matches with the name on the application form.
  • Candidates must also check the details such as Name, Roll Number etc on the hall ticket. He or she should appear at the examination venue mentioned on the admit card well in time.

Steps to Download the ICFAI Admit card?

The procedure to download the ITSAT 2020 admit card is given below:

  • Visit the official website of the authority.
  • Click on the link of admit card.
  • Enter the login credentials i.e login id and password.
  • ITSAT 2020 Admit Card will be displayed on the screen.
  • Take a printout of the admit card for further use.

What is Sliding process followed by ICFAI Tech University during the Admission process?

Whenever a candidate is given admission into a lower preferred program, he/she is kept on the waiting list for his/her higher preferred programs until all admissions for First Semester of the academic year are completed. Any vacancy in any program caused by non-acceptance of the admission offer will be filled by offering the vacant seat to the next candidate in the order of merit. This process is called ‘Sliding-Up’.

Important Exam Instructions

  • No breaks for candidates while the exam is going on. And, candidates can leave the examination hall only by staff members permission.
  • Students cannot carry any electronic devices or gadgets inside the examination hall.
  • Further, if any candidate did not follow the instructions. Then he/she will not be able to sit for the exam thereafter.
  • Also, the candidates cannot carry any material for reference inside the hall. However, they will be provided with rough papers by the staff. Also, examinee needs to submit these rough papers to the staff while leaving the examination hall.

ITSAT Result – ICFAI University

The ITSAT Result result will be declared in for:

Online Test: The result of the Online test will be released on the 15 May 2020. Candidates can download their result from the official website using their login credentials.

Note: On the official website of ICFAI. And, an e-mail too will be sent to the candidates for the same. The candidates can check the result from the website by visiting the website and entering the application ID and date of birth to view the result. Admissions to the various courses under ICFAI University will depend on the score in the entrance exam. University takes into consideration the score of JEE Main, state level, and other entrance tests also.

ITSAT 2020 Cutoff

  • The exam authority decides the cutoff score according to the number of applicants appearing for the exam and the number of seats available.
  • The candidates who score above this cutoff will be called for Admission Counselling.

ITSAT 2020 Interview Guidelines

  • Candidates will be provided admission on the basis of marks obtained in ITSAT 2020/JEE Main 2020/State Level/Other National Level engineering exams & in interview rounds.
  • It is mandatory to appear in both ITSAT 2020 and other tests to increase their chances of getting admission.
  • During the time of admission, students should have their original certificates/documents for verification.
